So elite 38 Roman Reigns is my favorite figure (did not get mine yet)
tho I wanted ask what's the pros and cons and what do you think about the figure and what's your favorite figure?

Pro's: New vest looks good, tattoos look great, 'RR' on glove, updated roman
Cons: Bit plain, odd face to choose, crap accessories.

I can't help but find it odd that your favorite figure is one you don't even have yet.
I think it's fine, but strongly dislike the scan/sculpt.
My favorite figure at the moment.. either my RSC Bret fix-up, or JYD.. honestly, there are like 5-8 others that I could say--it rotates.

Love the glove
Like the hair, only thing I'm not to thrilled on, is his scan, but it does look better than that older screaming basic

I love the vest and the new superman punch glove but really don't like the new headscan. Something about that headscan seems off, other than that it's a good figure.

I like the updated look and the new scan. I hated the last couple of figures of him so I assed but I will be picking him up. Looking forward to the Macho Man the most obviously!!

Two things could help it out, but I am warming up to the new head sculpt.
Gotta dig those two vests.

The biggest issue is that Roman's skintone is way too dark. If his figures had a skintone like the Usos, Tamina, Yokozuna, Snuka or early Rey Mysterios, they'd be almost perfect.
Lack of stubble to go with the goatee
Lack of a fist to go with the RR logo on his Superman Punch hand (I do wish they could use the Cena right fist as seen on that new Rock basic.)

The positives: Two vests, taped fist
The negatives: scan has a weird face, very similar to elite 33
