Never seen that one before... should be a real humdinger.
In a time when WWE is dying for stars, seems pretty idiotic to be wasting Orton and Ambrose, but I guess that's none of my business.

In a time where WWE is in desperate need of stars at the top of the card, it is shocking that Orton and Ambrose play the role of "friends of Roman" on the pre-show.

Does it really matter anymore if you wrestle on the pre-match or the event?? It's not like these are PPVs anymore (even though you can still get them on PPV) but the WWE always advertises these as events on the WWE Network. The pre-show may as well just be included with the event since it pretty much runs into it anyhow. I'm sure I'm not alone, when I say I dont watch the pre-show. I've watched raw up until the "PPV" I dont need to re-cap it, I have an attention span. I personally cant stand the pre-show or "the pannel" So I'd say the pre-show is a demotion so to speak from the main show.

Orton is completely lost. I can't imagine he will be too happy with this either.

Randy just cashing checks, at this point I doubt he even cares. Yeah, seems like Orton is actually pretty happy with less responsibility. I don't blame him. He has nothing left to do and he's only 35. They need to just treat him like a special attraction at this point, or at least minimize when he's wrestling on TV.

I can't take my eyes off of the fact that Strowman is a dead ringer for Eugene. I can't unsee! Now I'll always think about Eugene

That's what I'm thinking. What are they doing with him? He could be their major face while they push someone else. Orton sucks eggs as a face. Is a much better heel foil to an upcoming babyface. Bring back his legend killer gimmick and have him go after the legends with his last opponent being Lesnar. That's all I want.

It's official, Randy Orton has entered the permanent "i don't give a f5#*" stage of his career.

They need to just treat him like a special attraction at this point, or at least minimize when he's wrestling on TV. It's a shame. I'd love for Randy to get another title run. I think he definitely will. I really enjoyed him with the Authority and taking both titles and then his feud with Rollins. I genuinely have no idea why we haven't seen him face Brock yet either. That to me is such a money match but maybe WWE knows something I don't. I know I'd much rather see Orton vs Brock in HIAC than Brock vs Taker. I also wouldn't mind seeing Orton win the IC Title at some point and do a similar deal as Cena. I don't think the open challenge stuff would be necessary but that would be a boost for that title and keep Orton in important matches and feuds if he's going to be away from the World Title. I'm an Orton fan. I've never had any of the issues with Orton as I do with Cena and they've got nearly equal the accomplishments. I think primarily because Orton is able to lose, lose frequently, and not have it matter. He's bulletproof and booked that way. Cena is bulletproof and they handle him like glass, from a booking standpoint. I've always considered Orton a much, much, better in-ring performer as well.

With Cena heading for his little sabbatical, Orton strikes me as the guy they should have poised to fill that role.

They should have Orton have a Cena like US Title run.
Because A it would lead to great matches on Raw (maybe add SD every once in a while..) and B he still needs that title to add to his collection.

I wonder if there will be blood in the cell match? You have to imagine there will be...
