Even though Cesaro is a very talented wrestler as well as one of Triple H's guys, I think I know why Cesaro isn't being pushed. Cesaro IMO is not very marketable and doesn't draw as well as John Cena, The Rock or Brock Lesnar as Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn cater to the casual fan which consists primarily of women and kids. Another thing about Cesaro is that he doesn't have that look that guys such as the Big Show or Roman Reigns as well as lacking charisma that Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt have. Thoughts?

Ummm, Cesaro has a better look than Big Show. You mean in terms of being big with bulky muscles?

Well of course Cesaro isn't marketable if he loses all the time, isn't even used, or loses direction constantly due to booking.
As for his look, he has a good one. He's got a tall, lean muscular look like a Orton with nice ring attire. He also wears merch during his matches and entrances.

But at the same time Cesaro he doesn't have that drawing power that Cena, Rock, or Lesnar have in terms of buyrates now does he?

Thing is, he's been booked as if he's worthless. And because he's worthless, WWE will continue to book him to be so. It's a vicious, vicious cycle. I like him, but I don't think he's this mega WWE champion a few make him out to be. Not nearly as good on the mic to be that level.

I definitely agree with this because I do like Cesaro but not enough for him to be a top face of this company or to be the man who carries this company into the future

His charisma just hasn't improved. Everything else is top-notch, but something about him looks nervous and rehearsed when he speaks...

Honestly, I can see Cesaro being marketable if he got the right push. I can see a few people who can be marketable if WWE attempt to do it. The problem with Cesaro is the same that I see with other people right now. WWE has the habit of giving pushes and then depushes. Look at the Primetime Players as an example. A month ago, they were pushed as a top babyface tag team. This week, they were used to feed Harper and Strowman. Sure they put up a fight, but the purpose was to show Harper and Strowman's push. If WWE can attempt to keep pushing guys like Cesaro, sooner or later they will be marketable. I mean it took the Rock a year before he could become marketable.

Read the title.
Look at who made the thread.
Instantly thought to myself "No... you don't".

When they didn't do anything with him after winning the Andre battle royal I knew he was screwed.

He's not the most charismatic guy in the world, but he's getting better. The problem is, every time he starts to show some personality, they cut him off at the feet.
He's also getting over organically, which makes him an enemy to McMahon and Dunn.

Cesaro legitimately has all the talent and ability to be the next "randy orton" guy...as in a main event level guy but not the #1. however he's been booked like a vanilla watered down white bread LOSER for almost his entire WWE career, every time they actually started to push him and he became popular they yanked the floor out from under the rug under his feet and turned him right back to jobbersville. The WWE has zero interest in doing anything with him, so they never will. There's only so much a guy can do on his own. It's not like he wasn't getting over when he was given a chance.

It's still down to his charisma I believe. I really like the guy but he's just not a top level talker.

Man I was at summer slam and there were Cesaro section banners every place. He definitely connects with us the fans. I can't think of any other reason than management doesn't like him. He's proven over and over that he is one of the best guys on the roster.

Well, he has less charisma than a bag of potatoes. That's the number one reason. In an era where every show has a bunch of pointless workrate matches, you need something else to stand out. And he doesn't have anything yet.

Again, why does someone have to be the top guy or main draw. If we had Cesaro, Rollins, Ambrose, Reigns, Wyatt, Lesnar, Cena, Orton as all the top guys I think things would be alot better. Instead of everything going through Cena and then never heard of again.
Late 90's were so nice and different. We had Austin, Rock, Angle, Undertaker, Triple H, Jericho. It wouldn't be that star studded today, but the talent is there. Just a shame

There's literally no reason he's in the position that he is in. I understand if they dont want to make him a top star but god damn, the crowd enjoys seeing the guy. He should be featured!
I just knew him losing to Owens at Summer Slam was a bad idea. Cesaro needed it way more.
