The Brock Podcast was ok. Sort of made him look like a mercenary. So many guys, this was their dream, they love the business and know every historic fact, and Brock straight up admits that he has no knowledge of the history, doesn't have any friends in the lockeroom, and is only there for the money. I'm sure that's going to rub people the wrong way, but I think everyone already knew that was probably how Brock felt.
Sort of funny how you have a whole shoot interview talking about doing jobs and the difference between real and fake, and then the last thing was Austin and Brock talking about Hell in a Cell and Brock has to talk about how he's coming to hurt and end the Undertaker like it's real, lol.

I'm a sucker for a good crowd pop. And this was intense
Crowd simultaneously hopped in a time machine and went to 1998 for this pop

Raw sucked. It was obvious WWE was just desperate for ratings.

Was Reigns supposed to hit Rowan with the spear instead of Wyatt at the end? I thought it looked awkward when he speared Bray and Rowan kinda fell and collided next to them and then he speared Rowan which made me think he was supposed to hit Rowan in the first place.

Nah I think he was trying to save Bray but failed

After the opening segment I kinda zoned out until Shawn Michaels was on being wacky, he did say an interesting line tho.
In other news Seth Rollins got a clean win! It's a mericale.

What a slap in the face it was to the likes of Austin and Michaels to have them go out there and pedal WWE's bullcrap. I'm surprised one of them didn't do a Susan G. Komen segment. It's laughable that this was their attempt to pop a rating. Entirely clueless. The only thing it did was lesson the impact either of them will have when they actually need them for something. Another pointless use of Ric Flair, too. The one thing Ric Flair would probably be really good at for WWE today - cutting promos. And they don't even give him any good material to work with. Flair said he was surprised to see that Dean Ambrose would be teaming up with Roman Reigns on RAW tonight? Why, they always team up? I absolutely hated the way they used the legends tonight. No creativity at all. I totally agree with you - Entirely clueless.

This was one of the weirdest RAW episodes in a while....I'm all for them at least shaking up this godforsaken tired old formula, but this was just bizarre.....Orton just decides to no show events, Kane makes no appearance. The legends just stumbling around aimlessly, Rowan just wanders back into the Wyatt family and is barely acknowledged.....it seems like everyone got reamed out last minute by Vince about the sinking ratings and he threw out a whole new show written on the fly. The only parts that seemed consistent and normal were all the Diva segments.....

Firstly, it's never been more evident that they really are struggling for ratings. Keeping Austin off of Raw for 4 whole years, only to have him end that just to do a 2 minute cameo and introduce the Undertaker was rediculous. The reaction he could have gotten if he stayed away from WWE Programming up until Wrestlemania Season (If they've got that in mind) would have been worth so much more.
Just managed to sit down and watch the Stone Cold Podcast, which I'd been hyped for for so long. Despite starting well and coming across as 'The normal guy off the farm who made a name for himself', I'm left thinking that this may have done a lot more harm for Brock Lesnar than he realised. We know he's not the best of talkers, he's quite shy and he would have hated that environment, and it took him a while to loosen up. However, he may not have realised how negative he may have sounded towards this Business, after re-building such a good reputation. At times it was frustrating even for Austin as he had to pipe in and stop Lesnar seriously breaking kayfabe and mentioning about 'working matches'. I'm his biggest fan, I get him, and I love the credibility of what he brings to the table. At the end of the day, he goes as good as anyone in the ring. I have to admit though, he treaded thin ice a lot of times during that Podcast when mentioning his passion for the business now. Not being able to name Wrestlemania's and specific PPV events, I know may pi*s some people off, but so be it. The amount of times he had to keep making referencehis bank account and how much Vince has put into it though, did not do him any favours at all. It really wouldn't surprise me if they had Undertaker go and win at Hell in a Cell now. Looks like the dream of Stone Cold vs Brock Lesnar is dead in the water anyway.

Not sure how anyone could be surprised Lesnar has no passion for this business....he left it 11 years ago because he didn't like to travel. He was given the entire company to carry on his shoulders and he said "nah im good" Lesnar has always been in it for himself and his bank. But that's just what it is and people who buy his shirts, pop like hell when he's hitting his german's, just accept it.
I'm sure there are others who have come and gone from wrestling who didn't have a passion for it....but nobody has been given SO much and cared SO little. It's why I have such a love/hate thing with Brock.
Yes he's a good wrestler, yes he has a great presence about him, yes he's a monster of a human and is intense. I get it. But personally his attitude and general apathy towards the industry despite how much it has given him is completely annoying. Not to mention the kind of message it sends to EVERYONE else who is being crapped on by the company on a regular basis and get to see Lesnar walk in and basically do whatever he wants, just because he's strong and he was a UFC champion...only to have him fly home and count those dollars with no care in the world about the actual business he's in.

I guess I was just a little disheartened as after he resigned with the WWE just before Wrestlemania 31, it looked and felt like he had finally come to terms with where he was at in life and in the WWE and was genuinely enjoying everything he was doing. He spoke publically on ESPN and other media sites and sounded legitimately like he had accepted his future, was in a good place and even in the ring he looked to be having fun again. This just sounded like two steps back again.

I'm really, really trying to find something positive about this passtime I love so much, so, here are some plusses from last night:
-They seem to have finally committed to the Bellas being heels. -Kevin Owens getting enhancement wins to build him back up. -Seth Rollins gets a clean win. -No Big Show.
The problem is, literally everything else was a negative. This show was an absolute mess. From the corporate schilling of legends, to the Lesnar/Taker role reversal, to Luke Harper's disappearance, Erick Rowan's botched return, double-booking Seth Rollins again, to faking a Shield reunion to pull ratings, the list goes on. I've never seen a show more obvious in its attempt to say "we really need you to watch." It's just embarrassing.

Things that i thought were awesome -I was happy with all the cameos they had -Mark Henry taking a Pop-up Powerbomb looked Awesome -NO KANE OR BIG SHOW -Erick Rowan looks a bit faster but botched that Spear. -And Not Shield vs The Kinda Wyatts in the ME was cool. -oh and New Day won against Cena and The Dudleys.

Without the Legends it would have been as lame and crappy as the last few RAWs.
