King of the Ring was definitely the first Brock. I remember being so excited for that one and ordering it from Ringside OVER THE PHONE.

Ahh man that's poor from Jakks. I've never seen this 2 pack other than from proto images - in which Batista is in red trunks. For them to go on and do him in slacks is utter crap. I did have a look at some more of the Finishing Moves/Final Count figure sets in that google search and I was pleasantly surprised at how many I had no clue were released. Billy + Chuck, Billy + Edge, Kane + Stone Cold, Eddie + RVD... They did have a healthy amount released in those days, I really only knew of the first 2 series (single and 2 packs) and the last series of Final Count.

Good Lord, I forgot how atrocious TTL figures could be, and those Brock Lesnar figures right there proved that. Why Jakks felt the need to make so many TTL figures too even during the RA style figures just seemed weird to me. Throwing all the parts away is a bad business move.

Brock: KOTR 2002
Batista: Final Count with Mark Henry and RA 2
That Draft brock Lesnar is fake
Off The Ropes Brock came out in 2003 well after KOTR 2002 (which came out in October or November 2002) and RA 1 (January 2003)

That's the Mark Henry scan that was responsible for us getting ponytailed Mark Henry figures for years until they finally made the Atlas/Henry two pack. At the time I didn't understand why the all Mark Henry figures had a ponytail.

I never knew Off The Ropes figures were TTL styled They were a mix of TTL and RA figures, oftentimes with both styles in the same wave. They also started out as a Walmart exclusive but eventually became a Rite Aid exclusive. Jakks was drunk.

Off the walls had some gems though like the Walking Tall Rock, RA Stacy keibler, RVD with the bones and blood gear, Brock Lesnar with skull on back of tights, and many more.

I always see a lonely OTR Elijah Burke hanging on a peg at a Rite-Aid I look for figures in. Although I did see a long hair CS Jericho too, not too sure on the series.

In 2002, I reached a point where I was only collecting the first figure release of each superstar. I was working at KB Toys, so luckily, I had first choice at all figures.
I remember for a fact that the KOTR Brock was his first figure release. As for Batista, it was his RA1 or RA2 figure, I can't remember what series he was in, but it was definitely the RA release. I still have the packed away, MOC, at my mom's house.

I beleive the first Bald Kurt Angle was in the OTR series. I remember getting it at walmart. had red and white singlet

There was a Jericho at a local Rite Aid that finally sold. That was probably two or so years back. There is one other Rite Aid that, last year in the summer time, had a OTR Elijah Burke and Mr. Kennedy. Tempted tonget them because of how much time has passed for those to still be at Retail, but WWE figures are damn $16.00 there!

Don't have time to read all the replies to check if this was already answered, but my memory is that Batista's first figure was in a Final Count 2-pack and Brock Lesnar's first figure was a King Of The Ring series TTL figure
