I know it sounds crazy, but stuff like this is totally possible. Supposedly his shoulder had been bad for a little while. The simplest thing could set it off. When I was 25, I was in the same position & blew out my shoulder by lifting up a camera to my eye to take a photo. Torn labrum, broken capsulary, & damage to my rotator cuff & bicep.
Believe me people, it's possible

With the weird condition he has with his shoulder, this isn't shocking.
The trash I carried out last night was at least 50 pounds.
So if pounding on the mat can dislocate your shoulder, carrying out trash could.

Well hopefully he'll make a full recovery and be fine,but this can only be a good thing for the roster right now with him being injured and Cena taking the next two months or so off.With really the only two true bankable stars and draws gone from the roster the WWE might for a change actual have to push a few guys and maybe just maybe this time wont cut their legs right out from under them when they start to really get over.
I still wish that guys like Orton,Sheamus,Big Show,Mark Henry and Kane where all gone from the WWE and that Cena would become a part timer that only wrestles a handful of times per year.I really want the WWE to move on from these men and give legit pushes to Reigns,Rollins,Owens,Balor,Zayn...ect

Oh my god, my Dad loved hearing about Orton injuring his shoulder by doing that slamming mat thing before the RKO. He'll love this.
