Just though it would be interesting if people named the figures they wanted but never saw in retail.
For me it's Elite 21 Honky, entire elite 16, entire elite 15 except Bourne and Liz. There are probably tons of old basics, but none off the top of my head. Maybe Nikki Bella and Adrian Neville at this rate.

Ever since elite 21, I've not seen several figures in stores, mostly flashbacks, but some current guys too. However I buy online and own ever main series elite except for Diesel and Malenko. Before elite 21, Diesel was the only figure I never saw. I believe I never saw:
E4 Morrison w/ red coat (maroon coat is better anyway)
E16 Diesel
E21 HTM
E22 Rock, Tensai, & Sandow
E27 Mr. Ass & RVD
E28 Crush & Wyatt
E29 Rowan
E31 Vader
E34 Paige
E36 Wyatt & Stardust
E37 Malenko

Including Amazon or Mattel's website, since I started collecting I have never seen the Funkadactyls BP, Brie Bella basic, Honky Tonk, and Rikishi.

Since the entire launch of Mattel there's only been two figures I've never found. Those being E16 'Nash and E21 Honky. As far as only finding once .. E15 Bourne and Yoko, and E16 Diesel. Bought Diesel and very happy I did. I'd say in New Jersey .. E15 and 16 were the least distributed sets in history. Must say ..E37 is getting close.

I started collecting back whrn elite 26 was new. I never saw E29 Andre or E31 Vader in stores.

I can't think of a figure, Elite or Basic, that I haven't seen in retail. Even after I stopped collecting a few years ago, I still peruse WWE figures just to admire the skill that went into making them.

I started collecting around elite 28.
I've been fortunate to see basically everything I've ever wanted at retail...expect DM Sting. I bought DM Sting from Mattel Shop, because I had a feeling I would never see it at retail. This area (Northern Indiana) is so loaded with Hulk & Razor DMs. Stings are either sitting in the back waiting for Razor & Hulk DMs to sell out...or they never got any in.
