Kallisto defeated Ryback on Smackdown to advance in the championship tournament.
Does this mean we have seen the last of the big guy?

2) It is not over. The dude jobbed for months and was in a jobber team but still climbed back up.

From the Michael Cole interview with HHH Triple H says we will see where Reigns stands at Survivor Series, if he makes it that far. Cole asks who is Triple H's pick to win the tournament. He says it could be just about anybody. He says situations like this create chaos and unstable environments. He could see Kevin Owens, Cesaro, Dolph Ziggler or Alberto Del Rio win the title or maybe a guy like Kalisto does the unthinkable. He's much more sure about who will not win at Survivor Series, he's almost assured of that. He guarantees that the opportunity is still there and someone will be crazy enough to take that opportunity, someone is willing to do absolutely anything to become "the man." Kalisto is the March Madness underdog. Maybe he gets by Del Rio and into the Final Four but then he'll get knocked off by Roman and the Cinderella story will end. I think it's idiotic but that seems like the intent. I'm sure everyone at WWE thinks they're really clever too...
Ryback is fine. Ryback has his place on the card. He's got a limited skill set and has his ceiling but like wise he's a big baloony muscle guy on a roster without a bunch of big baloony muscle guys.

He loses one match to a star who could be huge for a large part of the audience and that means he's done? The Big Guy gotta stick around for the mums. Or whoever he thanked in that video before he had surgery.

I've been waiting for WWE to better utilize Kalisto. This kid could pick up where Rey Mysterio left off.
Fans love masks. Fans love underdogs. Fans love high-flyers. He's a sure fire hit once used correctly.
As far as Ryback goes. Win some/lose some. He'll be fine & still be featured each week.

Ha. I was thinking to myself the other day, when will they do a story line where a nobody (i was thinking more Curtis Axel) did a movie style win after win and get to the final.
Sort of like the Tom Hardy ufc type film, but the other guy. . . Whats his name.
