I'm not really sure where this belongs,so if it's in the wrong place feel free to move it.
Anyone know if this guy's site is still up? he made some pretty cool stuff awhile back,i'm pretty sure he was from Japan and his name was "NOBU" or something like that. There was also a pic fed ran by a Japanese fellow with a similar name who used customs and had a RA Bishoff with a removable wig. any help is appreciated thanks.
