I really don't get the comparisons to MNM for breeze.

I like Breeze but the gimmick has a ceiling. Luckily he's far away from hitting that.

WWE just doesn't know how to book pro-wrestling in 2015. Or 2014

Shawn Michaels... came in as a part of a tag team... the Rockers... tag team of the year in 1989... 4 years in WWF without a Tag team title reign. and they split up. his first title run was in 1992 an IC title run. for the next 2 years he had a couple World title matches which he lost, and IC title and Tag team title runs. it wasn't until 1996 when he started his World title reigns, which ended in the end of 1997 - 3 title reigns in 2 years. he did win the heavyweight title in 2002 when he came back, but really...
he was at the top of the WWE for 2 years 1996-1997 which was 8 years after he entered WWE in 1988. And he's considered one of the top wrestlers of all time.....
now with that said.. he was putting on great matches throughout those 8 years before he won the title....
just think what people would be saying about him if that happened today? .... well... look at Cesaro... or Dolph Ziggler....
point of the rant....its too early to say anyone is stuck in the mid card 2 weeks after they arrive....

I agree it would have been better to have him debut on Raw and win most of his first matches (if not all of them) but I don't think he is ruined by any means.
As for the house show losses most heels lose on them so it isn't that telling but if he continues to lose his matches on the main roster and or is relegated to Main Event/Superstars that will be a big sign he isn't going to do much anytime soon..

Even leaving aside the hysterical conspiracy theory stuff... Complaining that a heel lost clean is the first sign of not having a clue how wrestling works.

Had it not been for the tournament who's to say Breeze would have been booked to lose so soon? With Rollins out and WWE short handed, things changed. I mean it was a competitive match with a top talent who is most likely going to the finals. So it's not like he was pinned by Slater or anything.

He'll be fine. I don't know about you but being in a WWE championship tournament after only debuting a couple weeks ago shows that they have a little faith in him. They could have given his spot to someone like Heath Slater or something.

His destruction has begun because he lost clean at a house show?
Heels rarely, if ever, win at house shows.

The Breeze character is destined to be a mid-card act at best anyway.
Losing a house show match means absolutely nothing.
Booking him in the tournament was stupid, yes, but they "protected" him by their standards with a roll-up instead of a finisher.
