I've seen pics of these all over the Internet. There aren't just those, there's a lot more. There is a YouTube channel that I watch called thebigdaddydreviews1 and he goes to British dollar stores I think there called pound land and he reviews the bootleg WWE figures.

The boxsets you posted can be found here in the states at a store called Rose's. Weird how they look like (knockoff) Jakks figures, but are in packaging that strongly resemble early Mattel WWE.
