***Just a friendly heads-up, round 1 of the collection is now officially live on the Classifieds! Mostly Jakks CS and Limited Editions in this round, still have to get into CS singles, RA, AD, DA, Ring Giants, Max Agg, B&B, Micro, box sets and loose. Mattel to follow!  *** Admittedly, its been a long, LONG time since I've been on these boards. Its strange since I used to basically live here -- but man let me tell you something -- life can throw some serious curve balls, and when it does, your priorities will shift in a hurry. I haven't even watched wrestling in nearly 2 years with the exception of Mania. I just honestly can't enjoy the product any more. I can't relate to it or connect with it in any way so I'm calling it, guys. Fun 24 years. Now I'm sure a ton of the users on here now are new to the game, but maybe some of you older guys still hanging out here will remember me. Before I post my collection for sell, I want to show her off one last time. Here's the deal; Its up for grabs as of right now. Everything. As my way of giving back to the community that I've loved for so long, I'm offering the members of this board first shot. After 36 hours, she's hitting "the bay." I won't break sets, so don't ask. You want Dude Love from CS2? You gotta buy CS2. Lots of rare gems in there though, so have a look! Wow that's a sight to behold.
I feel sad that you are selling what is essentially your pride and joy. But I have somewhat done the same with my RA collection, and don't collect Mattels, so I can understand that part at least. But when it's that impressive and unprecedented - it's a shame.
It is one of the best 'museums' I've ever seen with wrestling figures.

I've always enjoyed talking BCA figures with you, dgnr8 , and it saddens me to hear that you are parting with your collection. I wish you all the best in the very near future and beyond, and I hope that you won't be leaving us forever. Thank you for sharing these incredible photos of your collection. I could probably count on one hand the number of times I've seen a display as extensive as the one you've carefully assembled throughout the years. Let me just say there are MANY quality BCA-era items that I would love to own from your MOC/MIB collection, but at the same time I wish for you to have as many bidders as possible in the coming days. By the way, thanks again for all your contributions in the BCA line thread. It wouldn't have been the same without you, as evidenced here!  |

Your collection is amazing. The amount of dedication that you possess to amass this display is incredible. I hope the items go to a collector or collectors that are going to treasure, respect and preserve this incredible pieces and not just piece em out for customs.

That is truly a Museum worthy collection. I am amazed by the amount of figures there and the rarity of most of the items. I hope I will be able to buy that Ring Gear Heat Turnbuckles from Ebay when you sell it Amazing post, great pictures. Truly awesome stuff |
