I was talking about this In The Survivor Series Thread but Paige has got to be the Worst booked Wrestler next to Cesaro.Let's take a look at paiges career.
I'm not a fan of paige like that but her booking is terrible. Why did she have to lose to Charlotte the way she did a feud that could've been good was nothing more than just a throwaway. What was the whole point of paige turning heel if she loses to Charlotte in such a quick manner. They should've dragged the feud into TLC atleast.

It's half her own fault. Since late last year she seems to have just stopped caring altogether and her ring work has gotten very sloppy. They can't do much with her if she doesn't put in the effort.

Hated her since coming to the main roster. Goes from being the Anti Diva to "Heeeey guys! I'm Paige! Youngest divas champion! I belong!" To loving AJ to hating AJ to hating everyone to suddenly telling people to be themselves to wanting to stop the Bellas to suddenly feeling deserving of everything. The man? That's happened to a lot of NXT call ups, mainly the girls. I get that not everything that works in NXT will work on RAW and SmackDown but c'mon. ADRIAN Neville went from being a guy who would fight for what's right to prove he belonged to count how many flips he does, Charlotte went from being genetically superior to Ric Flair Jr, Becky was the punk rock underground lover to steampunk which I don't remember being explained to Charlotte's sidekick, Owens is pretty much the same, people hate him for being himself, Wyatts just lose more than I feel they should, Rusev has been pretty good, Breeze has been alright so far. I'll judge more when he's moved on from Ziggler.

It's a combination of bad booking and lackluster performances.

I don't care for Paige. Yeah she's hot but pretty much all of the divas are. That's why I never got the whole, "push diva x because she's attractive" thing. To me it seems like they are trying to turn her into the female version of CM Punk with all of these pipe bomb like promos she keeps cutting and it's awful. Her booking hasn't been good but at this point it's Charlotte and then everyone else. To me, Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks are the biggest victims of WWE booking in the divas division. Those two aren't even being used.

I think they should have had last night's match end by a double DQ. Made it that both women were out of control. Then had the rematch next month in a specialty match.
I like Paige but it is kinda obvious they are building up Charlotte to feud with Sasha. All others are on the back burner.

Look, if she isn't going to bother putting the effort in any more, she deserves to be jobbed out.

She needs to be a wildcard. Hating on everyone, saying some really edgy stuff to do everything to get to her opponents. She was trying too hard to be a heel last night and it didn't work. It'd be difficult putting on something good with the garbage that is Charlotte but still, she left a lot to be desired last night.

Probably realised WWE won't take divas serious so doesn't take it seriously anymore.

I can't beat this dead horse any longer, it's clear as day.
She was awful again last night, sloppy, trying too hard. She got all the simple stuff wrong, and her losing clean was not a surprise. I don't want to simply flame Paige again for her terrible work, because it was a foregone conclusion.
There was no doubt at all that she was going to lose. They couldn't put her over or even given the match a draw/double DQ result, because she's only won one or two matches in the past 6 months or so. She was pinned clean only 2 weeks ago on RAW (in her home town, as number one contender). In other words, she is not designed to look equal to Charlotte, and athletically she's not even close.
It's too easy to say her booking has been nonsensical, I feel the opposite, I have to praise WWE for booking Paige to her strengths over the past few weeks (being arrogant, saying offensive things, sticking her tounge out, yelling her catchphrase) and ending this feud correctly by putting over Charlotte. Charlotte is WWEs main diva going forward, wether that's popular or otherwise, she was never going to be buried in favour of a diva who never wins.
The explanation for the booking is simple: WWE don't favour Paige as an equal to the other divas, but they needed a sympathetic story and a recognisable naturally unlikeable diva to enhance Charlotte. And that's what we got. I consider the PCB breakdown to be the best, and only, naturally feeling storyline WWE has ever done with Paige that hasn't had to rely on her too heavily for it to be a success. Thankfully, she hasn't completely ruined it, this time she played a part.
They could have thrown Sasha, Becky etc into this situation, but I see it as WWE chose Paige to remain in a comfort zone, whilst gently advancing Charlotte as the main performer on the roster. They've rightly slowed down the pace of the "divas revolution" that happened a few months ago, and it's in the best interest of long term progression. Now that Charlotte is a more established champion, they can begin to branch out with the other newly integrated divas.
In other words, now that predictable outcome is over and done with, throw Paige to the back of the pile where she should be, and give us a Sasha Banks/Charlotte main roster feud! After a few months, turn Charlotte heel as champion and push Becky! Maybe even bring Nikki back in between. And if they start to run a bit low on ideas, there's Aska, Bailey, Emma, Nia etc all developing perfectly...
Paige is well and truly past her sell by date, the dead horse cant be beaten back to life. Send her back to learn the basics, and give her another shot in 12/24 months or so. Her inactivity can quietly turn her face, and then give her another go in 2017.

Paige an Emma left the foundation for NXT transition it is the shame however how fans only care about Sasha and Becky but hey! Emma is doing her thing in NXT gonna put Aska over and Paige well... Paige is jus acting like a lil brat from what ive seen maybe she's just a good heel. The fans both booed Paige and Charlotte from what I remember Paige got a slight pop unless I mistook Wooo's for boo's

Only care about Sasha and Becky? The cream rises, even when it is held down it eventually rises and the fans are smart enough to see that Becky and Sasha are the cream

Once Sasha has had a push/wins the title, Becky is basically owed another shot at beating Sasha. The cream rises, hopefully the crowd don't allow WWE to forget they have that feud on the back burner.

I was a big fan of Paige but I've soured on her. She has been given multiple opportunities to succeed and have good matches. And she is still yet to have a standout match. She is no where near the other girls that have came from NXT. Also, the "This is my house" thing is cringy as . It's time to push Sasha and Becky.

I do like paige and we need to remember that she is still quite young and still learning but with her character on podcasts/TV shows etc... I think fans are realising she may have a bit of a brattish/self entitled side to her and as she develops and gets older hopefully this will be weeded out over time.
She needs to be jolted out of this malaise or comfort zone she's found herself in. Maybe going back to nxt for 6 to 12 months may wake her up a bit and she can come back with a bit of humility and more refreshed.
It's not the end of Paige but she definitely needs something to snap her out of this dickish attitude she appears to currently have irl.
I hope she overcomes this current position she is in as when she debuted she was terrific and still can give so much more to the women's division. I just hope she settles down and focuses on honing the potential she has instead of shagging rockstars and getting famous.

It's a combination of bad booking and lackluster performances. Pretty much this. The feud with Charlotte was dead in the water when she lost to Becky Lynch clean on Raw. What purpose did that serve? Have we even seen Becky since? Paige and Dolph Ziggler are in the same boat to me. Great talents that I was once really behind. I still like them both, and I wish both of them were treated better, but they both appear to have, for all intents and purposes, given up, and their placement now reflects that.
