Wow they still show cigarette adverts in the US? They've been banned over here for about 8 years now. Seems ludicrous to me that they show them on a Network that could have children potentially watching. That's the whole reason they're not advertised in Britain anymore. I don't have the Network, or any other paid subscription service, so I dunno how common this is, but if you pay for the content - surely you shouldn't have to put up with crappy ads? Anti cigarette ads aren't banned here in the USA, Tobacco advertisements are banned on TV though |

I've seen ads for jewellery and Rol-Aids ads already... ...and now a crazy ad for cigarettes...yeesh... |
