Not sure what show you're watching, but Sasha's been the best Diva on the roster since she's been called up. By a landslide too. You're right! Those 5 minute matches she has on Raw with her opponents are right up there with the 60 minute classics that Flair and Steamboat had in the 80s. My favourite Sasha Raw moments have been her standing on the outside as Naomi wrestled Nikki, Brie or Paige. I am not saying Sasha is bad. Like I said before, she had 2 classics with Bayley. But they clearly practiced those matches going into it. They looked too smooth. Like it was choreographed. Where as when you look back at Trish vs. Lita matches, they went by how the fans were reacting. Knocking a match for being choreographed is a bit pointless since more often than not, matches are planned out in advanced. |

We hate Eva cuz she overall sucks. Muhammad Hassan and JBL were able to back up their talk because they were gold on the mic and thus got a lot of heat.

Thats exactly what WWE needs right now. Make someone who is the laughing stock of wrestling a champion. It will go perfectly with WWE's current trend of pushing guys nobody wants to see.

I feel as if I am the only Eva Marie fan. Everyone hates her, I can understand if some people hated her. But not everyone, and for what reason? Anyways I really like her and even though she isn't super good in the ring she has improved a lot from where she was. She also has passion which a lot of people lack these days! I can see her winning the title in a sneaky way like how they were heading in her match a week or two ago against Bayley. Which might I add was very entertaining and I wish more matches were like that. It helped cover up her flaws and bring out her positives. No doubt do I like her and no doubt do I see her going somewhere in the WWE whether you all like it or not... I actually hope that she wins the title off of Bayley and improves and turns into a big time heel. Cheating her way into keeping it, etc. and then eventually having Bayley win it back.. I agree with you. It's also well known around here that I am a huge fan of hers. its nice to see another Eva Marie fan! |

Just to clarify because there seems to be confusion, a heel supposed to get heat from their character and actions, not because they can't work or talk like Eva. Giving her opportunities ahead of all the other women on the roster who are way ahead of her in every way is a mistake. Bayley would gain nothing from chasing her or beating her.

Trish and Lita had an actual storyline to work with that people were invested in. They were two characters who had real progression and depth. A random Sasha Banks vs. Becky Lynch match on RAW with no build isn't going to magically be great. Thus far on TV, Sasha has come across as a random girl in Team BAD and Becky is Charlotte's ex-best friend. Take any other woman on the roster and their character is almost nonexistent. There is no depth there whatsoever. Their TakeOver match, however, was great because it was given time, a story and a reason for people to give a sh*t. The women on the main roster can only do so much with their talent. If there isn't any real time or effort put by the creative team into a storyline, it isn't going to matter. If you put Sasha vs. Bayley on as the second hour opening segment of RAW, it would be a ** match. Not because they're not good, but because management just doesn't care. |
