I was at the Smash show that happened before the WCPW show and Davey Boy Smith Jr. was at the merch table both before that show and at intermission. I got the chance to meet him before the show and then he sat behind me on the balcony for the Smash show. Great guy, but I don't think he sold much merch during the Smash show so that could have been the reason he wasn't out of the WCPW show.

Didn't think he'd had been there during the Smash show as well. Hope you had a good time!

They only worked the WCPW show, which I regret not attending. By the time the Smash show had ended I'd been up for 24 hours - downside of working nights and then then 18 straight days before having the past weekend off.

Great to meet you, dude! Glad you spotted me. Wish we could have chatted longer but these things are always a bit hectic. One of these times (maybe Hamilton?) when we're in the same place we gotta all meet up and do lunch/dinner or something!

Awesome report, as usual. I've been around Tito at a number of shows and he is truly a genuinely nice man. I'm sure his school students are getting a treat! Mean Gene keeps going and that's terrific! I'm glad Sting is the headliner at these events. He's quiet but always genuine in his care for the fans. He's earned his place as one of the biggest names in wrestling. A lot of times you get a headliner at these shows who couldn't care less about the fans.

It was genuine. I got someone in line to take my pic when I shook his hand (as this was allowed) and it pretty much sums up the interaction - genuine about what he was saying, interest in what I was saying (talking about how I flew to Dallas last year and how you could hear the whole arena get the air knocked out of them when he announced his retirement).

Hall and Nash were the only reason I was going to go. Seems like every time I plan to meet Hogan or them two there's a cancellation or I can't go. Hopefully someday.

In all the years I have heard people share stories about Tito, I have never heard a bad word about him.

That is really awesome they let you get all those items signed. It's unheard of at shows nowadays to get that many autographs free, or even for $5 each. Most guys would be $10-20 because the autograph and shirt money is the only way they get paid sometimes (if promoter cant make ticket sales). For the promoter to let you get them all done free is especially cool considering they would normally want a cut of that many auto sales. Cody is a great guy. I saw near him with Nikolai Volkoff at a show in New York and the whole time Cody is taking his time with each person, being friendly and speaking to them.
