Great report! It seems like Flair Forever and I are the only ones to frequently post autograph signings reports and I really hope that changes! I love reading people's experiences. I met Jim at Big Event IX and he was ok, kind of grumpy. I enjoy reading your reports as well! I've actually been posting these regularly, but I only post them in the autograph thread.. thought it was time for a change considering that these tend to be popular. Can't believe that's how Virgil dresses for a photo op. For someone who comes off as desperately wanting to do signings, he sure puts zero effort into his wardrobe.
I'm not saying he needs to wear the sparkly vest (although it would be nice), having him dressed at least somewhat in-character would certainly incline me to get a photo op with him more than SWEATS....
Really irritates me when wrestlers do this - look at Nikolai, he's almost never seen without that red jacket & hat! That's the spirit!

^ nice gets again Champ.. too bad they wouldnt just charge u for the meet and greet but made u pay for the show as well.. oh well.. still great value... on my end, what is funny is that i passed on the show to play at a weekly poker game for the exact same price, $80... got soured in the tournament and went home with no money.. guess i coulda used it on this show lol...
as for beefcake, ive noticed it too, that he has definitely changed the few times ive met him the past 3-4 years.. he was much nicer when i met him in October at the Hamilton Comic Con vs. the other times i met him

I'm glad to hear Foley was a good meet for you! I just saw today he was added to the C2E2 event next month, & I've always wanted to meet him. If his price is only $20, I'm definitely there!

I'd love to meet him so he could sign my CW Title replica but other than that I don't have much for him to sign.

Another good meet.
I got to spend some time with Nunzio at a small show a few years ago. He's definitely a great guy. At the time, and I'm guessing still does, he had a full time job working security for a local court house. I'm glad he is doing well.
He has a good attitude about life, wrestling and won't big time the fans into spending more money than they have to at his table. He probably got paid to appear there and whatever money he makes on autographs he probably keeps it all. Some guys will try and charge what the promoter would charge if the promoter were to get a cut.
Definitely a deal, $10 for all the autographs. And I bet most guys wouldn't bring your $10 back, either!
