Hey guys. As some of you may know, I attended TakeOver: London tonight and had a great time. So, here are some notes and pictures from the show. - To open, we got two matches taped for next weeks TV. One was a fatal four way tag match between BAMF, The Vaudevillains, The Hype Bros, and Chad Gable and Jason Jordan. Jordan and Gable were over as . Literally everything they did got a cheer, even to the point where the Hype Bros (popular faces in their own right) got nuclear heat for throwing Gable out of the ring. The other was the debut of Elias Samson. He had a really good theme and beat Bull Dempsey in a squash match. - Then the show started. You probably know how the matches went so I won't go into detail. - I got a ton of high fives and too sweets tonight. Chad Gable, Bull Dempsey, Finn Balor and Sami Zayn to name a few. I also got a hug from Bayley which absolutely made my night since she's my favourite wrestler. - Speaking of Sami Zayn, he came out after the main event and wrestled a solid match against Tye Dillinger. Sami was over like I can't even describe. The pop he got when his music hit was absolutely deafening. It hurt my ears. So, so loud. He gave a speech after the show talking about he he's done being held back by injury and thanked the UK fans for a great tour. Anyway, here are the pictures I got.

I like Elias Sampson. No clue why. Same here, man. I kinda marked for his old Greek or Roman Warrior kind of look (reminded me of Hercules Hernandez) and I do like this current lonesome rocker look too.

That's cool man. Crowd was red hot the whole show.
* Waits for someone to chime in and say that wasn't a real London crowd after admitting they didn't watch the show.

A lot of people traveled in to see the show. I went to each TNA Show that took place in the same building and never heard a song like we heard last night.

To be fair, that reaction is standard all across the UK and not just London. So people traveled to the show, so what? Whether it's London or Scotland or Wales, the U.K. Have the most wild and vocal fans in world wrestling. I went to the Cardiff leg of the tour, and being in the crowd was just as entertaining as the show itself. American fans are just unoriginal. If you go to a football match over here, we don't just have your typical "WORD-WORD-CLAP-CLAP" crap like the USA, we sing entire length songs. NXT got a taste of that last night and it made the show. Imagine that at Wembley Stadium for a WrestleMania?! In America, "NEW, DAY ROCKS" has been reworded a thousand times (get, the tables, save, the tables, even Jordan, and Gable etc). On this NXT UK tour, we pretty much sang the entire British 70s pop-music chart at Bayley alone. For anyone who's ever been to a footy game at Wembley, you'll know that the ratio of chants is no different, it's just on a much bigger scale. Imagine the YES chants and NEW DAY ROCKS chants? You'd be able to hear them from space! It's a total no brainer, give the UK a Mania! Last night we proved our worth.

It comes down to excitement if you ask me, the NXT Takeover show was basically seen as our first televised "PPV" in 15 years. So people were hype. Nothing against TNA they've put on some pretty great shows at the SSE over the years, but WWE is the big dog and NXT has a massive following over here. Being live on the Network is a much bigger deal than being taped for Challenge TV. Besides, as I mentioned above, we had a WrestleMania to bid for last night! The vocal fans were out in force and if we get a Mania within the next few years we can thank that show for getting it for us. (Not just the crowd, they were surely monitoring the amount of people across the pond who specially watched it live as it happened in the middle of the afternoon.)

A lot of people traveled in to see the show. I went to each TNA Show that took place in the same building and never heard a song like we heard last night. That might be more indicative of TNA than anything.

I have always fully supported a UK Wrestlemania. Their crowds are awesome, and I personally would love a 3:00 PM start time for WM.

It was an awesome night. The crowd was loud the whole show and with some original chants throughout. Quite a few people left before Sami Zayn vs Tye Dillinger, though, because they didn't say anything about there being another match until after Balor had left the ring. I can see WWE giving UK a PPV, but not a big one. Maybe like Payback or something. With the Network, they aren't so worried buyrates now, so I can see it happening.
