I think with a little work on his promo deliveries, he could be something big. This is me saying a hot considering the fact that I've posted on here in the past he's my least favorite wrestler, if not most hated. I'd like to see him get better on the mic and get a U.S title run. I'd be excited to see it.

It's be nice if we actually had a real, competent mid-card, so we could occasionally see a guy like Slater get a push. Or anyone other than the same 12-15 guys that are recycled every single week.
Even if you had him up on RAW jobbing, it would give us something fresh and different. But nope, let's watch Breeze/Ziggler for a month straight.

The world should get together just to vote Slater as superstar of the year. Never thought you guys would listen to me. Pretty cool for him. He deserves more tv time. Very good worker. |

so.....the video was taken down hmmmmm what was it? The Cole Show, Heath Slater was the guest and he kept being insistent that the fact he was being Swerved because no one would want Slater on the show. Then after he was sure he wasn't being punked they talked about the Slammy's and his constantly being attacked when trying to challenge Cena. Ended with Slater talking about not being given a chance, but the passion he has, and he ended entirely singing Jingle Bells for his daughter. Showed he's got personality, just needs a chance. |

I've said it a few times so people are probably sick of it, but I think Slater could be huge as US champ and a "white trash" hero. He could be the fox news watching, flag waving, beer drinking, mullet having, Nascar watching, small-town American that could both appeal to and annoy many fans. He could be a Honky Tonk Man kind of wrestler. As New Day and NXT have shown, you can be a bit odd/goofy and still be a legitimate contender.
