I had to be a bit vague in the title, but the rumble is my favorite match every year, and I get hype no matter how shite they are the year before. Anywho, I don't really care about who you book for winner or their storyline, my intentions were the match itself. Mainly the structure. It's getting weird to explain so I'll just do mine.
I'd start really strong with good numbers one and two, Ziggler and Breeze, not the Big Show lol, send in a couple of "eh" competitors, I.e. Darren Young, Slater(even though slater is gold), Bo Dallas, let the ring fill somewhat up, then slowly fill until a stable is in there, I'd go with new day, have them get a few group eliminations, maybe a big one like Ryback, then let the ring fill up again, have the altering places on the cards mesh, like have Woods fare against Cena, or Breeze with Wyatt. Throw in some returns, and have a great, worth watching rumble.
I hope they don't rely too heavily on spots like last year. I want a 2008/2009 rumble this year.
But what about you guys? Want to see a 2011 kind with the Wyatts destroying everybody? Or only have like 4-5 guys in there at a time.

Look at what was done in the 2015 Royal Rumble.
Do almost everything differently.

Not really a structure, but this is what I'd book:
For next year's Rumble, have Big Show and Kane enter first and duke it out for a few minutes, and then have younger guys such as Ambrose, Wyatt, Ziggler, & Ryback (all the guys they eliminated in the 2015 Rumble) come out and team up to eliminate Show and Kane at the same time. The rest should be fine from there.
Payback, yo.

I want the ring to be filled to the brim.
I want a true dark horse to reign supreme.
Get Brock Lesnar the hell out of my ring.

Brock in my eyes has nothing to prove by winning the rumble, the dude comes back and is in the main event scene, he doesn't need to win the rumble again to establish himself. We need a first time winner.

I want the ring full, fuller than it has ever been, infact lets only have 5 or 6 eliminations by the time number 30 comes out.
However I do not want a stable to dominate the match. Remember the Nexus at 2011? that sucked big time and the crowd hated it.

If there was ever a year for a dark horse to win it would be this year. But it's gonna be Cena or Brock.

But he would be a safe guy to win because the crowd as usual will be Daniel Bryan crazy and the winner will get crapped over but I don't think they would turn on Brock.

Unless Brock gets eliminated by his future WM opponent leading up to that match?
I actually wouldn't hate a Cena vs Reigns main event, except that it's a guaranteed Cena win.

Daniel Bryan is the #30 entrant and wins it. Place would literally erupt akin to a SCSA in his prime pop. Reigns vs Bryan at Mania wouldn't go down so well, but for that moment I think a lot of fans would lose their shit.
Other hand, Brock enters at #2 and just cleans house. Would be a great watch for fans of Brock like myself, it would just get predictable and a bit boring after the first 10 minutes I imagine.

Me personally every entrant(Well Maybe not every single one) should have some sorta meaning to them being in there like You know damn well Jey Uso isn't gonna win the rumble but him eliminating Jimmy Uso would be the reason for him being there. The Rumble match itself is a great way to start feuds in the future. For an example Kofi throwing Big E over the top rope and tensions between new day begins,Staredowns between two guys who never crossed paths with each other leading up to a possible feud in the future.

I personally don't want brock to win. Not that I dislike him at all, but I just feel someone else needs it much more than him. I'd be happy with:
Owens Ambrose Kurt angle (dreaming)
Suprise returns of: Kevin Nash Rvd Kurt Angle Goldberg
And I'd say eliminate show and kane ASAP.

Frankly this year is a huge puzzle as to who is gonna win; IF they are gonna go with Reigns and Cena at Mania, like does that mean Cena wins? Surely they aren't that dumb are they?! Lesnar doesn't need it at all, Reigns is Champ, Sheamus is kind of a lost cause just dont see him going anywhere above where he's already reached, Show and Kane are winding down - so does this mean we get a youngster winning?
As for the structure I'd like to see them bring back something they used in the late 90's and early 00's; having a sort of 3-act playthrough of it. You have the first third where its the guys that we know wont win, with maybe one guy lasting onto the next act and one or two others really showcasing what they can do. The second being where the midcarders go at it, and as that ends we get the main dudes coming in, and the last act is the ME's and top dogs. I dont know, I just want to see them showcase what and who they have as opposed to trying to shock fans like they have the last few years.

Have 1 & 2 be 2 people currently feuding (Ziggler, Breeze I guess). Then just have people from Main Event enter until like 12. Then have Kevin Owens enter and cut a promo whilst eliminating people (CM Punk style) until Ambrose comes in and have those 2 brawl.
Then have someone debuting from NXT eliminate someone like The Miz and have the NXT person last a fair amount of time (final 10? 8?)
Have Kofi get saved by Big E and Xavier catching him in the annual spot and rely on New Day for comedy spots.
Then have Lesnar come out at 29, Cena at 30 and a final 7 of: Ryback, Owens, Ziggler, Ambrose, Lesnar, Cena, ADR.
Then a final 4 of Owens, Ambrose, Lesnar and Cena. Have Ambrose eliminate Cena, Ambrose brawl for 3 minutes with Brock. but get eliminated. Then Owens wins the whole thing by last eliminating Lesnar who gets too cocky.

There are so few true main eventers on the roster right now that the stipulation of the winner being in the WM main event makes it too predictable. The RR winner doesn't actually have to be in the WM main event. The WWE can book a storyline where the title shot is put up for grabs at whatever PPV is in between the Rumble and WM leading to the match they actually want to have (Reigns vs Brock? or Cena?). With that in mind, I would love to see someone unexpected win like Owens or Ziggler or a surprise return like Cesaro (if he is healthy) or even a surprise NXT call-up like Finn Balor or Samoa Joe. Anything as long as it isn't completely predictable and boring.

Without booking the whole thing I'll just put in plot points what i'd be happy to see
• New Day enters as numbers 1, 2, and 3 all together never laying a hand on each other. • Brock enters at number 4 and eliminates all 3 members of New Day • Sami Zayn enters the rumble and eliminates Owens setting up a match for Mania • League of Nations has a showdown with the Wyatts in the Rumble • Triple H returns as a low 20's entrant to the Rumble in an attempt to get the title from Reigns • Daniel Bryan returns and enters at number 29 and eliminates Triple H • Undertaker returns and enters at number 30 • Final six come down to Cena, Taker, Lesnar, Bryan, Ambrose, and Wyatt • Lesnar wins his 2nd Rumble eliminating Taker last and sets up Reigns/Lesnar II at Mania

I just want one year when someone completely unpredictable wins it all. Someone out of left field. Cause let's be honest here, 99% of the time we know who is winning the Rumble. Especially now that their is only one WWE/World champion. Even the surprise returning superstars are usually the favorites to win before we even know for a fact they are in it.

1) Brock dominates, but gets eliminated by R-Truth ala Maven. Brock loses in and murders Truth. Goes on a psycho rampage up until Mania
2) Owens dominates early, but Sami Zayn enters and puts an end to that. Zayn is in the final 4 but Owens pulls a Corporate Kane and screws him, setting up a WM match.
3) Final 4: Ambrose, Rusev, Sheamus, Zayn. Ambrose wins, brother vs brother at Mania.
