Alright fellas, I'm in process of putting together this Tyler Breeze . Im going to use Liquitex iridescent paint, has that metallic glittery to it and I'm wondering what's the best coating for it? I know some say not for use on metallics because it will melt or cause it to run so what have any of you all used? Testors website has One Coat Lacquer under the metallics? Anyone ever use this?I have a can but I'm afraid I'm going to run into another coating problem haha

Mix your paint with metallic paint.

I've used Testors's Dullcote on metallic acrylics before (Folk Art brand), and it worked fine. Dullcote is also a lacquer sealer like that, but it gives you a matte finish. I imagine that can you're showing is for a satin or semi-gloss finish, which would look better.
(I'm assuming you're asking for a sealer/top coat anyway lol)
