stealing this from Wreddit(user mookieghana) for discussion here...it's a chart of the win/loss record for the entire year of WWE programming from what i understand it includes house shows. direct link: imgur.com/Rhw7ar9Roman Reigns lost 13 singles matches all year, with a 91% rating, only trails John Cena (with 92%) and they are the only two guys on the roster with more than 100 matches that have a 90%+ win percentage The only other guys with a 80%+ rating and more than 100 matches are Ryback & Balor and every other guy on the roster with more than 100 matches doesn't even crack 75% The only guy with 50-100 matches and a 90%+ win percentage is Randy Orton these numbers are the combined average of singles/tag team/special match wins The point here is Roman Reigns' wins are STAGGERING compared to the rest of the roster. And this is a guy who is sold to us as a major underdog. Seth Rollins has a 38% singles rating. Yes that's 38% And he spent 7 months as the WWE Champion. with a 38% success rate Seth Rollins was 3-40 in tag team matches. Yes, 3. Seth Rollins won 3 tag matches all year. Some guys who won more singles matches than Seth Rollins this year: Cesaro, Ziggler, Fandango, R-Truth Now I understand Rollins has been hurt a couple of months...but really if you break out his pace, he'd still not crack 50%....the WWE World Heavyweight Champion was LESS THAN 50/50 booked his ENTIRE ING REIGN And they wonder why people don't care about the product.

Ouch. Feel bad for Rollins. I hate how they book their heels anyway, but that's absurd.

Well, this is upsetting.
This is exactly why I want Seth to come back as a face this time and then maybe, just maybe he'll be booked one hell of a lot better. But that's just my opinion.

Look, I'm not saying I "get" wrestling more than the guys running it at all. Using logical sense, however, doesn't it make sense for the Champion to pose some sort of threat? Why is it that face Rollins could beat people, but heel Rollins can't?
He's like the Anti-Triple H. HHH beat everyone, Rollins lost to everyone haha

In the 20 weeks/ episodes of Raw after Seth Rollins won the WWE Championship, he was 4-16 in all matches. He was defeated by the likes of Cena, Reigns, Ambrose, Ryback, The Prime Time Players, Kane, Randy Orton and of course, Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble. Literally lost to everyone on the main roster. The booking makes no sense.
Something interesting about Roman Reigns which the announcers did an absolutely awful job at when it happened. Big Show pinned Reigns earlier in February 2015. First time Reigns had ever been pinned in a singles match since his call up in 2012. Reigns went 16 months went losing a singles match by pin or submission, and nothing was mentioned of it. His W/L rate is not surprising, as he has been protected since debuting.

That sucks for Rollins, but atleast he isn't Xaiver Woods. Woods has a 0% singles win rate.

In light of the horrendous booking of Seth Rollins' World Title Reign, I'd like to tip my hat to Dean Ambrose for being the single hardest working wrestler in WWE.

In light of the horrendous booking of Seth Rollins' World Title Reign, I'd like to tip my hat to Dean Ambrose for being the single hardest working wrestler in WWE. Seth wasn't actually booked horribly as champ. You want horribly booked champs, the prime examples are Rey Mysterio's first WHC reign and his WWE Championship reign. At least Rollins wasn't losing every week to The Big Show. The thing about Rollins is while we all HATE cowardly heel characters and we're all anxious for a badass bad guy, Rollins is so good at playing the scumbag who never wins because he always gets himself DQ'd, a majority of his losses I bet were by DQ or count out. But that could just be me.

LOL@ HHH being 1-0. Get used to seeing that for many years to come.
Asuka is looking like the female Goldberg. Why couldnt Rollins go 14-0 as WWE World Champion?

Sorry for the double post but look at Bray Wyatt... Geez I'm worried about him. He consistently gets buried against anyone of quality and he can only beat guys that are totally washed.

This is more upsetting than Rollins IMO. They try so hard to build up Bray as a legit monster, He has 3 monster guys backing him but only has a 18% win percentage? WWE books their heels like absolute jokes. Its kind of easy to see whats wrong with the product just by looking at these stats.

But that could just be me. It would have been more valuable to have him steal victories more often than get disqualified so often. I suppose "horrendous" is a poor choice of word, given that I enjoyed various matches throughout his tenure.

Wait, Truth has more singles wins than Rollins?! Probably. R-Truth is there to open house shows and get the crowd revved up, which usually involves him beating a Heath Slater or Adam Rose type. A main event heel loses their house show matches, either by pinfall if they're not a champion, or by DQ if they are. A top heel will lose pretty much 100% of their matches on the road. Despite their win-loss records, Seth Rollins made a lot more money than R-Truth this year. And made more money than probably anyone in the company except John Cena, Brock Lesnar and maybe Undertaker. I'm pretty sure Fandango would exchange his win/loss record for Rollins' paychecks.

A top heel should win as much as a top babyface, plus they always have an advantage, because they can cheat to win matches. Apparently that's not the case in WWE anymore. I'm pretty sure heel champions back then such as JBL, Brock Lesnar, Chris Jericho, Triple H, SCSA won most of their matches.
