First off he needs a green suit. Second I am not sure why everyone seems to use the same length arms as an average height person would have. The painting you have done looks very clean. I think you should trust your talent more and do some serious modification on it including, but not limited to arm molding. It will get there but it's nearly impossible to make an accurate Hornswoggle fast and easy.
