I hope that Mattel can make more steel cage accessories as I se the older ones on amazon uk for hundreds and they are nowhere to be found at retail. I don't want to pay a really large amount of money for the older sets therefore I hope Mattel re release them

A rerelease probably wouldn't help -- unless it got released in the UK, it'd still be expensive shipping from a US seller, and the UK rip-off merchants would still sell it at stupid prices. The cage can still be found for about £50-60 on eBay including postage, it'd be the same story if it got released again this year.
I don't think any of the basic cage sets have been released here since the original set with the cage, ring, Cena and Orton.
