Since a lot of us have DVR technology, I'm sure there are many who record and skip parts of the WWE shows. I couldn't bear to watch a 3 hour Raw live these days, so I'm just wondering what parts of the show you guys skip?
For me, I zoom through:
Triple H monologues Stephanie's screeching Cena's poopie jokes matches I know are going to a commercial break so what happens early means nothing Randy Orton promos and matches Roman Reigns anything - newly added

Surprised to see Ziggler mentions!
For me it's just the divas, although watching Ric Flair blazed outta his mind is highly entertaining ..I'll watch Ric...

Matches I don't have any interest in (usually involving Ryback, Reigns, Sheamus, and select Divas).
Recaps/video packages.
I guess that's mainly it, but I usually shave a good bit off the show time.

Ziggler and The Uso's, don't care for any of them and replays of things I've literally just seen

I usually leave the room when Big Show comes out. It's not that I hate the guy, it's just he hasn't added anything new to his character in ten years. There's nothing he can do that I haven't seen already.

I skip all the talking. I just want to see good matches that have a purpose....but WWE just has way too many talking segments that don't accomplish anything. They have so many talents that they either don't use, or who get very little time. If they cut out some of the talking, we'd get longer matches and get to see more characters.
Instead, we get probably half of a 3 hour RAW is talking, and the rest of it is people working twice. I don't need to see Alberto Del Rio TWICE...why do we need him in the Cena story AND in the League of Nations story? Same with Sheamus...why does Sheamus have to work twice? The Usos usually work twice, Rusev usually works twice.....it gets repetitive when they use the same characters multiple times on the same show.

Almost all of the matches, unless it's something new or has a good gimmick attached to it. Most of the matches go on forever, have no reason to happen and have been done before. Even the ones that are new, I'm already negative on because of WWE's culture of long, boring, pointless repeat matches. I mostly skip to the end of them and only watch PPV matches in full, unless I have a really empty Tuesday evening.

Lately I've been fast forwarding pretty much all of hours 1-3.

The lack of ring psychology and selling makes all of the mid card rematches very unmemorable and repetitive and boring. The matches have no direction, no purpose, and thanks to commercial breaks, no flow. They just...kind of exist. And thanks to bad booking, we have likely already seen the match 100 times. In some ways it is actually worse than squash matches.

I don't fast forward very much of Raw's actual content. I usually start it about an hour late, fast forward through commercials, and try to catch up by the last segment to watch that live. Sometimes that timetable changes a bit during football season if I'm wrapped up in a game. I tend to fast forward past the announcers' transitions and recaps the most.
I don't often skip matches, but I do check out a lot, surfing on my phone or doing something else. If it's a match I really dislike, something I've seen a dozen or more times, I may be more likely to just skip it entirely.
As for Smackdown, it depends on my mood. If I have nothing going on on Thursday night, I might work through it that night after it airs and get through some or all of it. if, for some reason, it sits on my DVR until, say, Saturday night, I'm probably fast forwarding through 90% of it.

Recently, the matches, New Day (don't care to see the Lucha Dragons interrupt them for the 8000 time), League of Nations, Charlotte. There's a lot of stuff in the 3 hour show that just simply looks and feels like time filling.

Any Big Show squash match made purely to randomly build him up so he can lose to someone at a PPV Any Ryback match Zeb Coulter Promo's Sheamus Promo's DEFINITELY Roman Reign's Promo's Any time the Prime Time Players or Los Metadores decide to randomly have a match Every John Cena Promo from the last 10 years Kane
I guess the better question would be what DON'T I fast forward through. And that would be the following wrestlers: Kevin Owens Dean Ambrose Paul Heyman Brock Lesnar Sasha Banks Paige Cesaro Nikki Bella's Entrance Tyler Breeze (Although their booking of him has made me recently) Seth Rollins Neville (If given the time for an actual match, not a spot fest) Most Bray Wyatt Promos Some of the New Day Promos Daniel Bryan Rusev
Those are the only things that actually entertain me. Which actually isn't a horrible list, but most people and things on that list are booked terribly and make me not even try watching RAW.
