I would probably jump off my couch, trip out the window with excitement if that happened.

WHC: Triple H IC: Ambrose US: Heath Slater - He brings back the US Open Challenge and keeps the belt with the help of the Social Outcasts for a few weeks TAG: New Day DIVA: Becky Lynch
Styles and the rest of the Bullet Club make their debut at the rumble and help Trips walk out with the belt. Next night on Raw Triple H vacates the belt and awards it to his hand picked Champion A.J. Styles

Personally I'd like to see the following:
WWE World Champion - AJ Styles (What a way it would be to debut a true talent like Styles and shock everyone) Intercontinental Champion - Dean Ambrose United States Champion - Nakamura or Sami Zayn (Del Rio brings back open challenge) Tag Team Champions - New Day or Gallows and Anderson (in open challenge but they'll probably go to NXT first) Divas Champion - Becky Lynch

I like Dean Ambrose and all, but he would be a crap champion. He's have a Rey run where he would lose all the time. He's much better suited for the IC title. Give Jericho the world title again, but only is he was doing his "serious" gimmick again. I really couldn't think of anyone else that would be better and that's a shame. Him or Lesnar.

Hopefully it's not Roman. Having Hunter vs. Roman at Mania sets up Brock vs Reigns at SummerSlam, setting up a marquee match for the summer WrestleMania they now seem to want.

I'd keep all of the champions the same, with the exception of the World Title.
It's even tough to fantasy book, because the options are so bleak, and my goal would be to avoid Triple H/Roman Reigns being for the title at absolutely all costs.
What the hell, I'll fantasy book the title picture for the fun of it.
I'm undecided on the underdog babyface here, so I'm going to use three names. Pick your favorite. If Daniel Bryan is available, then it's 100% Daniel Bryan. I know Ambrose seems like a stretch (even moreso than Styles), but you'll understand why later - it's to guarantee a very specific reaction.
The final four of the Rumble comes down to Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan/AJ Styles/Dean Ambrose, Kevin Owens, and Brock Lesnar. Shortly after the four man brawl ensues, Triple H comes out. He gets in the ring and beats down Roman Reigns. Now, he can either toss him out himself, or Kevin Owens can do it for heat. I prefer the latter option. I've got plans for him later. Owens is tossed out next by Brock. It's down to Lesnar and our underdog babyface. Bryan/Styles/Ambrose get the biggest upset of their career by dumping Brock over the top, winning the Championship.
What this does: -Establishes a new babyface champion who is more over than Reigns, and instantly credible because he beat Brock Lesnar -Frees up Roman Reigns to face Triple H without the title involved -Gives Brock Lesnar a gripe to pursue the champion -Gives Kevin Owens heat for getting the Reigns elimination
In the coming weeks, Roman Reigns is distraught. He continues to be belittled by the Authority. Babyface champion can move onto a temporary program, maybe even some type of tag match where he doesn't defend the title. The rest of the card is what's important here. It is announced that Brock Lesnar will compete in a number one contenders match at Fast Lane, with the winner going on to Wrestlemania. Roman Reigns is among the list of possibilities to face Brock, but he's got to go through several men to get there. Book this however you want. Reigns overcomes the odds, to the Authority's dismay, and gets his match with Brock at Fast Lane. There, Roman gives Brock an unbelievable fight, but doesn't get the job done, thanks to Authority shenanigans yet again. Brock wins, moving on to face Bryan/Styles/Ambrose for the title at Wrestlemania. Roman Reigns' empire is crashing before his eyes.
What this does: -Continues to sell the Roman Reigns journey -Guarantees the Triple H/Roman Reigns match at Wrestlemania -Sets up Brock Lesnar for a big Wrestlemania main event against an underdog opponent, any of which can have a great match with him.
On the final stretch to Wrestlemania, Triple H says he's going to handle the Roman Reigns problem once and for all himself. Their match is made. Lesnar and Bryan/Styles/Ambrose undergo a traditional Mania title match program, with Heyman selling the living hell out of it, claiming victory for the champion will be impossible. Meanwhile, Kevin Owens is frustrated. He says that he's a prizefighter, and he's already held the Intercontinental Title. He's already beat John Cena. He wants to fight at Wrestlemania, but it's got to be worth his while. If he can't have the World Championship, he wants the biggest consolation prize that there is - The Undertaker. Owens can't seem to get an answer from Taker, but he does draw the attention of Kane. Owens ruthlessly beats Kane and finally allures the Deadman. So, we have Taker/Owens for Mania.
At Wrestlemania, Owens/Taker can go either way. I, personally, prefer to put over the younger guy, especially with the streak already being broken. But, so long as it's handled properly, Owens can still get a big rub from losing to Taker at Mania. Roman Reigns beats Triple H, and Hunter offers Roman a handshake post-match, telling him he respects how he stood up to him no matter what. Roman brushes Triple H off and refuses. In the main event, Lesnar and Bryan/Styles/Ambrose have a hell of a match. The babyface champion gets a huge boost by beating Brock Lesnar, but that's not where the show ends. In celebration, before Brock can leave the ring, Roman Reigns' music hits. He rushes the ring, and spears Brock Lesnar just as he's getting up. Paul Heyman is shocked. Bryan/Styles/Ambrose questions Reigns, and Reigns delivers a Superman Punch. Roman Reigns destroys both Lesnar and Bryan/Styles/Ambrose as Wrestlemania goes off the air, Reigns standing tall. The commentators sell this as vicious and a completely different side of Roman.
What this does: -Officially turns Roman Reigns heel. He's going to get booed for beating up Brock, and especially for beating up one of those babyfaces. -Sets up months worth of programming from here on out. I'd have a rift develop between Triple H and Stephanie and Vince. Vince likes the aggression shown by Reigns, and offers to let bygones be bygones. Reigns accepts, lamenting that, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Triple H and Stephanie reduce their TV roles significantly, and Triple H becomes a babyface, having shown respect for Reigns and disapproving of what he did at Wrestlemania. -Roman Reigns wins the title shortly hereafter, and can face Daniel Bryan, AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, and John Cena in the months ahead. Eventually, Brock Lesnar, who I'd sell having been injured by Reigns. If Cena is ready for Summerslam, you headline with Reigns/Cena. If he's not, you bring in Taker and let Roman beat him. -This is all, ultimately leading to Roman Reigns, the heel chosen champion, vs. babyface Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania 33, in the main event, for the title.

All I know is that the best wrestler on the planet should leave with the WWE title and that man is AJ Styles.

In my restless dreams...I see that new Champion...AJ Styles In reality, it's going to be Lesnar. Lesnar wins the Rumble. Reigns vs Lesnar II for the title Roman never lost. Roman beats Lesnar and we go from there.

I'd really like to see Becky win the Divas Title. Beyond that, I don't see much changing. Maybe HHH or Brock wins the Rumble to setup Reigns vs either guy for the Mania main event.
AJ Styles is not going to walk into the Rumble and win the title. Trust me when I say, I would be absolutely floored with joy, but that's internet fantasy booking. Honestly, if they're smart, they will hold AJ out until the Raw after the Rumble to avoid the fans getting pissed when he gets tossed out.

It won't feel like a big deal when he loses it.
