Using only the currently Healthy roster and the 4 rumored NJPW talents. How would you book the show this year. I think we are either going to get a really dull 3rd string WWE guys event or the indie wresting fans dream show as they have to use all the great talents that the people like but they ignore. So put together your WM card.
again use only the currently available talent and if you want different champions explain how they got the belt(s)

I would wreck my pants if Bryan or Austin returned. Either of them would replace Reigns in my main event.

I'm going to copy over what I just posted in another thread, but since you've given me some more refined perimeters to follow, I'll tweak it just a little bit to make things more concrete.
--------
The final four of the Rumble comes down to Roman Reigns, AJ Styles, Kevin Owens, and Brock Lesnar. Shortly after the four man brawl ensues, Triple H comes out. He gets in the ring and beats down Roman Reigns. Now, he can either toss him out himself, or Kevin Owens can do it for heat. I prefer the latter option. I've got plans for him later. Owens is tossed out next by Brock. It's down to Lesnar and our underdog babyface. Styles get the biggest upset of his career by dumping Brock over the top, winning the Championship.
What this does: -Establishes a new babyface champion who will be more over than Reigns, and instantly credible because he beat Brock Lesnar -Frees up Roman Reigns to face Triple H without the title involved -Gives Brock Lesnar a gripe to pursue the champion -Gives Kevin Owens heat for getting the Reigns elimination
In the coming weeks, Roman Reigns is distraught. He continues to be belittled by the Authority. AJ Styles can move onto a temporary program, maybe even some type of tag match where he doesn't defend the title. The rest of the card is what's important here. It is announced that Brock Lesnar will compete in a number one contenders match at Fast Lane, with the winner going on to Wrestlemania. Roman Reigns is among the list of possibilities to face Brock, but he's got to go through several men to get there. Book this however you want. Reigns overcomes the odds, to the Authority's dismay, and gets his match with Brock at Fast Lane. There, Roman gives Brock an unbelievable fight, but doesn't get the job done, thanks to Authority shenanigans yet again. Brock wins, moving on to face Styles for the title at Wrestlemania. Roman Reigns' empire is crashing before his eyes.
What this does: -Continues to sell the Roman Reigns journey -Guarantees the Triple H/Roman Reigns match at Wrestlemania -Sets up Brock Lesnar for a big Wrestlemania main event against an underdog opponent, any of which can have a great match with him.
On the final stretch to Wrestlemania, Triple H says he's going to handle the Roman Reigns problem once and for all himself. Their match is made. Lesnar and AJ undergo a traditional Mania title match program, with Heyman selling the living hell out of it, claiming victory for the champion will be impossible. Meanwhile, Kevin Owens is frustrated. He says that he's a prizefighter, and he's already held the Intercontinental Title. He's already beat John Cena. He wants to fight at Wrestlemania, but it's got to be worth his while. If he can't have the World Championship, he wants the biggest consolation prize that there is - The Undertaker. Owens can't seem to get an answer from Taker, but he does draw the attention of Kane. Owens ruthlessly beats Kane and finally allures the Deadman. So, we have Taker/Owens for Mania.
At Wrestlemania, Owens/Taker can go either way. I, personally, prefer to put over the younger guy, especially with the streak already being broken. But, so long as it's handled properly, Owens can still get a big rub from losing to Taker at Mania. Roman Reigns beats Triple H, and Hunter offers Roman a handshake post-match, telling him he respects how he stood up to him no matter what. Roman brushes Triple H off and refuses. In the main event, Lesnar and Styles have a hell of a match. AJ gets a huge boost by beating Brock Lesnar, but that's not where the show ends. In celebration, before Brock can leave the ring, Roman Reigns' music hits. He rushes the ring, and spears Brock Lesnar just as he's getting up. Paul Heyman is shocked. Styles questions Reigns, and Reigns delivers a Superman Punch. Roman Reigns destroys both Lesnar and Styles as Wrestlemania goes off the air, Reigns standing tall. The commentators sell this as vicious and a completely different side of Roman.
What this does: -Officially turns Roman Reigns heel. He's going to get booed for beating up Brock and AJ. -Sets up months worth of programming from here on out. I'd have a rift develop between Triple H and Stephanie and Vince. Vince likes the aggression shown by Reigns, and offers to let bygones be bygones. Reigns accepts, lamenting that, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Triple H and Stephanie reduce their TV roles significantly, and Triple H becomes a babyface, having shown respect for Reigns and disapproving of what he did at Wrestlemania. -Roman Reigns wins the title shortly hereafter, and can face AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, perhaps Daniel Bryan, and John Cena in the months ahead. Eventually, Brock Lesnar, who I'd sell having been injured by Reigns. If Cena is ready for Summerslam, you headline with Reigns/Cena. If he's not, you bring in Taker and let Roman beat him. -This is all, ultimately leading to Roman Reigns, the heel chosen champion, vs. babyface Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania 33, in the main event, for the title.
Reigns is in a prominent role, just as they want, cast correctly. AJ Styles is immediately treated like a superstar and cemented as a role player who can do whatever they want from then on. Dean Ambrose will be elevated eventually be entering a blood feud with his former best friend, who at some point, ruthlessly attacks him. John Cena gets a fantastic heel to work opposite of upon his return, in a money match. Brock Lesnar has motivation to return post-selling injury. This angle has enough legs to carry you throughout the year, and, with Rollins coming back, well into next year. Reigns is champion all the way through next year's Mania, where he's finally upended by the Rumble winner and new number one babyface, Seth Rollins.
So, with all that considered, here's how my Mania card shakes out. A lot of it matches up quite nicely with marino's. Great minds think alike, I guess.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match AJ Styles (c) vs. Brock Lesnar
Triple H vs. Roman Reigns
The Undertaker vs. Kevin Owens
WWE Intercontinental Championship Match Dean Ambrose (c) vs. Chris Jericho
The Wyatt Family vs. The League of Nations
WWE Tag Team Championship - Tables, Ladders, and Chairs Match New Day (c) vs. The Usos vs. The Lucha Dragons vs. The Dudley Boys
WWE Diva's Championship Match Charlotte (c) vs. Sasha Banks (*if Sasha isn't available due to injury, replace with Charlotte vs. Natalya or Charlotte vs. Paige vs. Becky Lynch vs. Natalya)
WWE United States Championship Match Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. Sami Zayn (*Get the title the hell off of Del Rio. Ziggler wins it as a babyface, slowly begins to turn, faces the upstart Zayn, who wins it at Mania. Gives Ziggler a much deserved singles match, and a guaranteed great match on the undercard.)
Pre-Show: Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal

I can assume that none of the NXT talent will be used for Mania, especially with Takeover Dallas just days before hand.

FANTASTIC J12! that's what I was looking for. I'd read you book the rest of the year if you did it.
In my booking I'd have the relationship between the Waytts and Balor club fall apart over time ending with a big war at summer slam. with wwe guys then going after the weakened victors.

WWE Title Reigns (w/ The Rock) v HHH (w/ Vince McMahon)
Undertaker v Sting
Brock Lesnar v Kevin Owens
Daniel Bryan v Nakamura
Tag Team Title TLC match New Day v Dudleys v Lucha Dragons v Usos
Wyatt Family v League Of Nations
United States Championship Alberto Del Rio v Chris Jericho
NXT Championship Fin Balor v Sami Zayn
Intercontinental Title Dean Ambrose v Bray Wyatt
Divas Championship Charlotte v Paige v Becky Lynch v Sasha Banks
I can appreciate I am clutching at quite a lot of this. It would require Sting and D Bry being passed as fit, but I think WWE needs to pull out all the stops to sell out 100k seats. From this card the outcome would be:
HHH calls on LON to try and help him defeat Reigns. Ambrose and a returning Seth Rollins help Reigns retain and the shield reforms. (Rollins probably isn't fit enough for an in ring return but he could manage a run in I'm sure).
Taker defeats Sting and some sort of undertakeresque mystical ending occurs to signify the end of Stings career.
Lesnar over Owens after Owens throws everything possible at the Beast but comes up short.
I don't know anything about Naknamura, I am just caught up in the hype about Bullet Club this week and D Bry's Instagram post. Could be an epic Mania match by all accounts though.
Dudleys to win and get their pay off with the big 10 title win.
Wyatts and LON no contest after a giant brawl ensues.
Del Rio over Jericho, assuming Jericho is only here short term.
Zayn to win the NXT title, Balor then freed up to maybe join AJ and bullet club on a beat down on D Bry later in the show with Nakamura?
Wyatt to win his first gold in WWE over Ambrose.
Sasha Banks to win divas title after pinning somebody other than Charlotte which sets up the rematch for Extreme Rules.
I have put this together very quickly. Perhaps Ryback to win the Andre battle royal on the pre show? I don't envy the WWE creative team at the moment with all the hurdles being thrown in front of them. They are going to have to pull off something incredible the way things are going.

I completely agree with almost everything @j12 said for his booking, except for Taker Vs. Owens. I'd rather have Taker Vs Balor. I'm also adding a few new ideas.
Here's the card -Brock Lesnar Vs. AJ Styles for WWEWHC -Triple H Vs. Roman Reigns -Dolph Ziggler Vs Sami Zayn for US -Ambrose Vs. Jericho for IC -Wyatts Vs. League of Nations (all of the above mentioned in J12's post.)
Here's what I would add: -Undertaker Vs. Finn Balor Balor should win this match from Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson interfering in the match and attacking undertaker, after 'Taker accidentally big boots the referee, which knocks him down. After Gallows and Anderson attack taker, Balor should do the coup de Grace on taker, which taker is positioned on the steel steps in the ring. After the move, Balor throws the steps out of the ring, and the Balor club revive the referee, and the ref makes the count. Winner: Finn Balor -The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin Vs. The Balor Club (Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson). This one should be interesting. For weeks, The Balor Club (Finn Balor, Karl Anderson, and Doc Gallows) dominate the WWE. They attack people from behind, and they don't lose any matches at all. After taking out Steve Austin, who is doing an appearance on raw, The Rock's music hits. The Rock comes out, and the Balor Club hightail it out of there. Balor himself is in a program with the Undertaker, so he doesn't have anything to do with the Rock, or Austin. The next week on Raw, Stone cold and the Rock attack the Balor club (only Gallows and Anderson, because Balor is in a program with undertaker), while they are cutting a promo. The Rock proclaims that he has had enough of the Balor club tossing everybody around. Him and Austin challenge Gallows and Anderson to a tag team match at Wrestlemania. They accept, so stage is set. At Wrestlemania, the match is a hard fought battle, but in the end, the rock and Austin win the match, but they win in a way that doesn't make the Balor club look weak. In fact, they barely manage to pick up the win. Winners: Stone Cold and The Rock After the match, the Balor club, along with Finn Balor himself, attack rock and Austin, but the Undertaker comes out to make the save, and all three members are tosses out of the ring by the three legends. Note: this match happens before Finn Balor Vs. Undertaker on the card.

Its almost laughable that people can write Aj Styles vs Brock Lesnar down.....at Mania no less, get real lol. I'm gonna go with the most likely of cards.
WWE Championship: Reigns v. HHH (C) Undertaker v. Kevin Owens Brock Lesnar v. Bray Wyatt I.C. Championship: Jericho v. Ambrose (C) Divas Title: Becky v. Paige v. Sasha v. Charlotte (c) Tag Titles TLC: Usos v. Dudleyz v. New Day (C) Daniel Bryan v. Sheamus

Alright, I'm gonna sign a name near and dear to my heart, the name goes a little like "Evan Bourne/Matt Sydal" lol. Just because f it. This is my fantasy book. But anyway, here it is.
Leading up to the Rumble: On Raw, Brock attempts to announce that he's in the Royal rumble, but gets stopped by the lights going out, but instead of a gong, you see a lantern, it's the Wyatt Family. They appear. Little altercation between Heyman and Bray, until Bray says he wants prove that Brock is a human, a weak one at that, at Wrestlemania. Brock accepts, but Bray doesn't feel he's worthy yet, and makes Brock go through the Family. Strowman steps up and Challenges Brock at the Rumble.
The Royal Rumble: Lesnar defeats Strowman. New Day Retains. Del Rio cheats to defeat Kalisto. Becky Lynch upsets Charlotte. Then the rumble.
#1 Evan Bourne, #2 is the Debuting AJ Styles. Rumble continues, filling up the ring, some upset eliminations early like New Day gets rid of Ryback before number 15, etc. Returning John Morrison has a spot with The Miz. Sami Zayn debuts on the Main Roster, eliminates Owens, setting that up.Then number 30 hits, and it's The Undertaker. More rumble, until we reach the Final 12.
Bourne, Styles, Ziggler, Reigns, Miz, Morrison, Taker, Kofi, Stardust, Wyatt, Zayn, and Sheamus. Sheamus gets tombstoned and falls outside the ring. Morrison does his 2011 spot with the barricade until Miz slips out side the ring and pulls Morrison off the wall. Bourne eliminates Miz. Reigns tries to spear AJ, but AJ moves and Reigns goes over the rope, and Styles drop kicks him off. Leaving us with a Vacant title. Zayn and Stardust eliminate eachother.
Final 7. Bourne, Styles, Ziggler, Kofi, Taker, Wyatt, and Sheamus who's laying outside the ring. Reigns comes back in and eliminates Styles, to everyone's dismay, kind of creating a heel Reigns. Lesnar appears and throws out Wyatt.
Final 5 - Bourne, Kofi, Taker and Sheamus outside the ring. Bourne, Kofi and Ziggler realize they need to team up on Taker. Bourne is easily taken down since he's reached just about an hour. Kofi gets choke slammed over the ropes, eliminated. Ziggler follows, going over the ropes. Bourne is there to fight Taker, alone. Puts up a small fight, but gets the Last Ride, and tossed over easily. But then Sheamus returns to the ring and Brogue Kicks taker over to the floor. Sheamus is celebrating, until he receives a super kick from Ziggler, and over goes Sheamus. Everyone's confused, even the refs. A replay shows that Ziggler went over the top rope, but landed both of his feet on Kofi and bounced onto the announce table. Feet never hit. He used Evan to do the same coming back into the ring. Ziggler is your winner, and new World Champion.
Raw's leading up to Fastlane: Triple H announces about to announce Sheamus as the number one contender until you hear Daniel Bryan's music. He's back. Daniel Bryan wants the title. Then more superstars come out wanting the title. HHH gets angry, and just announces a battle royal for the number one contender. It's won by Daniel Bryan. Match is set for Mania. But the two get beat down by the League of Nations. Leading up to a 2 on 2 handicap match at Fastlane.
Fastlane: Lesnar defeats Harper and Rowan in a handicap match. Due to distraction from Del Rio, Breeze defeats Ambrose for the IC title. New Day retain against The Usos Stardust defeats Ryback Morrison and Miz go to a no contest Styles defeats Reigns by DQ Becky defends against Naomi, Natalya and Charlotte. Ziggler and Bryan defeat LoN.
Go Home Raw before Mania: HHH announces that Del Rio hasn't been defending his title enough, and forces him to defend in an 8 man ladder match at mania. The superstars who qualify are, Swagger, Miz, Morrison, Ryback, Bourne, Stardust, Barrett.
Wrestlemania 32: Rob Van Dam wins the Andre Memorial Battle Royal
Bourne wins the U.S. Title
American Alpha(Jordan and Gable) win a fatal fourway tag title match on the Pre-Show.
Styles defeats Reigns
Undertaker defeats Sheamus
Becky and Sasha go to a no contest when Charlotte interferes.
Breeze defeats Ambrose.
Lesnar defeats Wyatt.
Ziggler defeats Bryan.
For those who read, thank you.

This is pretty tough to do with all the injuries but her goes.
WWE Title: Roman Reigns(C) w/The Rock .Vs Triple H w/Vince McMahon
The Undertaker .Vs Finn Balor
Brock Lesnar .Vs Kurt Angle
Chris Jericho .Vs AJ Styles
Kevin Owens .Vs Sami Zayn
IC Title: Dean Ambrose(C) .Vs Shinsuke Nakamura
8-Man Tag Team Match: The Wyatt Family .Vs The League of Nations
Diva's Title: Charlotte(C) .Vs Sasha Banks
WWE Tag Team Titles-TLC: The New Day(C) .Vs The Dudley Boyz .Vs The Usos .Vs Gallows and Anderson
Something like this,I would change stuff up a lot if Dwayne actual wrestles but if he doesn't this would be the card I would go with.

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Triple H vs Roman Reigns - Career Ending Match:
like all these scenerios of Triple H entering the Rumble as a surprise entrant and taking it upon himself to take the Title from Roman. The rematch is at Mania, with the added stipulation of the loser having to retire. This gives Triple H an out to concentrate on the business side of the company only too.Plus you can have the interference from Vince and Steph to stack the deck against Roman too.
Brock Lesnar vs The Rock:
These 2 only had 1 PPV match. The event needs something high-profile like this.
Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose vs AJ Styles:
would be a great match
The Undertaker vs Kevin Owens:
Sad to see it end this way, but with Sting and Cena out, not much left for Taker to go against.I love KO, but he's not ready to be a Taker WM victim yet.
US Champion Alberto Del Rio vs Bully Ray :
With the talk/rumors that the Dudley's will break up soon, and Bubba doing a variation of his Bully Ray persona in singles, give him the rub here.
Divas Champion Becky Lynch vs Charlotte vs Paige vs Sasha Banks:
Agree with Marino, we need a 4-way between the queens of the division.
Chris Jericho vs Sheamus :
Just a mid-card match to get them on the show
Tag Team Champions The Lucha Dragons vs New Day vs Uso's vs The Vaudvillains:
Fatal 4-way Tag Match, and the Vaudvillains should get the call up, not much else for them to do down in Orlando
NXT Champion Finn Balor vs Sami Zayn:
I truly believe we'll see the first ever NXT Title match at Mania this year
Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal :
Big Show, Kane, Ryback,Wade Barrett, Dolph Ziggler, Rusev, Apollo Crews, Neville, Stardust, Cesaro (if back), Tyler Breeze, Luke Harper, Eric Rowan, Braun Stowman, R-Truth, Konnor, Viktor,Titus O'Neill, The Miz, and a "Surprise Entrant".

Roman Reigns vs. Triple H for the WWE Championship Dean Ambrose vs. Chris Jericho for the Intercontinental Championship Kevin Owens vs. The Undertaker *Brock Lesnar vs. Ryback Leauge Of Nations vs. Shinsuke Nakamura, AJ Styles, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson (Take out Nakamura if King Barrett is still hurt and put him in the Battle Royal) New Day vs. Dudley Boyz vs. The Usos vs. Luke Harper and Braun Strowman for the WWE Tag Team titles in a TLC match. Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte vs. Paige for the Divas Championship. *Bray Wyatt vs. Neville 20 Man Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal (Might use people already booked)
If The Rock wrestles then the first 2 matches change drastically.
Now to explain two matches that seem unlikely to happen at Wrestlemania of all places. Ryback stated in an interview early this week that he would like to do something good at Wrestlemania, and not compete in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. So I would have Ryback eliminate Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble, then sometime after the Rumble, have Lesnar viciously assult Ryback. Now the reason I'd have Ryback face Lesnar is because Ryback just looks like someone who could legitimately take down Lesnar. Ryback usually wins most of the time, even when he's not in storylines. So having someone who's as dominate as Ryback go against Lesnar could work.
Bray Wyatt vs. Neville is a match I'd want to see simply because it's only happened once, and that was on NXT in 2013. The story here could be something along the lines of Bray Wyatt not liking how Neville is portrayed as a superhero. Basically have Bray Wyatt do what Stardust in the build to their Summerslam match, but better.

I'm not sure how i would book it but there are 2 Matches i would like to see at Mania. (I might do more "Match Up Screens" like these if i come up with more Matches) Singles Match Shinsuke Nakamura Vs. Daniel Bryan Handicap Match Brock Lesnar Vs. DOC/Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson (I actually simulated that Match in WWE2K16 today. Anderson & Gallows won with the Gallows Pole by Gallows after about 15-20 Minutes)
