TNA's been dead for the last few years now. As far as a product, that I agree with. However, I tire of these TNA will be dead by year end. EVERY year this is speculated and every year TNA comes back. In 20 years, I still see the same thing being said. Its the year 2036....TNA will be dead by year end. Somehow TNA survives. They're like a living Fossil

TNA will die similarly to WCW, but no one will remember it fondly like WCW. Once Papa Carter croaks, it's over. No, dead wrong. As a Hardy mark, you can't just blindly say that 'everything they've done was trash.' Especially after how they've used some of your favourite talents. Like the Hardyz/Dudleyz/American Wolves three way. Like the AJ/Joe/Daniels matches. Like the Austin Aries world title win. There's so much more 'amazing moments' that will be remembered. In the same way that Sting's 'best moments' were remembered in WCW.

TNA has had many more than that, plus TNA never came close to the level of WCW. Despite all of its ineptness, they had a loyal fanbase till the very end. Not saying everything will be regarded as trash, but people just won't care as much if TNA died.

Still, TNA dying will do no good for the industry, but it won't have the effect that WCW did.

Of course WWE would.
It's 'best for THEIR business' to think so.

I don't mean this insulting, but I sincerely think you're foolish if you think TNA will last another twenty years. It truly is just a waiting game at this point. Things could have been different if they'd tried to keep their own image, instead of fighting so hard to be WWE.

What were the 2 years WCW was truly awful, 1999-2000? 1995 was a bad year for WCW as well, but from late 1991 until the final Monday Nitro, I always enjoyed WCW more than WWF.

Though I don't think 1999-2000 is nearly as bad as people say. I praise 2001 a lot because things were getting better by then. I've grown to really love WCW myself. I've been watching it for a few months, and have grown really attached to it. I like the presentation and style a lot more than the WWF at the time. Plus, I'd take WCW's worst over 1995, 2007, and 2010 WWE any day.

As long as Dixie's dad is willing to keep flipping the bill for his baby girl, TNA will be alive. Dont forget Panda Energy has deeper pockets than WWE. If they have so much more money, why can't they compete? They tried. They went to Monday nights and had their asses handed to them. They paid so much money for Hogan and Bischoff and the revolving door of workers, football players, and whoever else. Nobody cared. And nobody will care. Like others say, TNA just needs to concentrate on their own thing and not try to be the WWE. Give better story lines. They spent so long on this silly points tournament only to have it mean nothing. But it may be too far gone. At this point, even if they were able to sign CM Punk for anything, the ratings still wouldn't be there.

TNA could've been a legitimate alternative to the WWE. It's such a shame that they couldn't figure out how to properly build the company as a true alternative.

Whats funny is TNA laid the ground work for NXT before NXT. But they abandoned it in order for Hogan and trying to use the Hogan brand to become WWE lite. Can you imagine if TNA had made the X Division the focus of their company? They would be in a very different situation. Good chance they would have a handful of the big names in NXT.
