I made a guide, but you have to search for it. Linking to it here is a no no apparently.

I've posted in the fixup thread but i figure i'll post here as well.. First attempted the razor logo using clear inkjet decal but the colour doesnt want to show on a dark surface. So i used the white one. Doesnt look quite right.. the white edges of the paper shows. Any advice? And the body hair decals are a botched attempt using clear decal paper. screech BelowNormalhttps://www.instagram.com/p/BDRIl04BX9_

You should have let me know you wanted that Razor in black. I painted mine around the existing logo. It's really not too hard to do. I just wish someone here was interested in making and selling decals.

If the white part is showing too much, what I will do is color the edges of the decal (before you apply) with black paint or sharpie. You can also blend it with black paint after you apply it, but that might show up a bit more. This Macho Man was done with white decal paper

There are decal sellers here... we just can't share the links because it gets us in trouble.

BelowNormal another question though. How to remove the decals that has been put on? Tia. If you have the micro sol, that will soften them up again. If you did not seal it yet, you can use your fingernail to pull the edge up a little bit and peel from there.

As for using white decals, sometimes the white begins to show on the paper when getting it wet for me too. I use multiple layers of clear coat when I seal my decals and don't usually have this problem unless it's Testors paper. If that's the case, then I do like BelowNormal suggested and just fill in the white spots with paint. Decals can be a pain in the ass but it's worth it once you get your methods down. Here's a Razor work in progress I'm doing with all clear decals. I have since removed the "Razor" logo as I'm planning on laying a slightly bigger one. I'm going for the Summerslam 1994 look so my next steps will be painting over all of the excess gold with black and then adding the metallic accents on top of that. https://www.instagram.com/p/BCZBK_OFJoZ

Couldnt see a thing. Or maybe it was the clearcoat that was problematic? Thanks.

That clear coating the decals is essential if using laser paper. I do like 5 coats at least, lol. If using clear on black, what you could do is paint the figure white where the decal is going to be so that the image will show under it. (or in Razor's case, maybe paint it gold, then place the clear decal with black logo over it. From there you can paint around the decal to cover any gold parts that weren't covered by it. A tip that will help with this method is to thicken up the lines around the decal so you don't have to get crazy close with the paint.

@rikeshe BelowNormal Thanks for the tips guys. I"m getting the hang of it i guess. The clear paper is so much better than white. The colours are better.. and white is easier to be torn. Hell yeah man, those look freakin' awesome! BTW, I gave you a follow on Insta!

Those look good man. I see what you mean now about the clear on black not showing very well. This is why I painted the gold underneath my Razor decals and had the parts transparent where I wanted the gold to show through. It looks like BelowNormal already helped you out though because those new ones you posted look really good.
