Not that it's much of a surprise that knows me, but I live here in Pittsburgh and we're having our annual RV show at the main convention center, and they have a wrestler there every year on the Sunday.
So I'm sitting here eating my McDonalds sandwich and the commercial pops on for the RV show, so I looked up to see who the wrestler is. Last year was Big Show, year before that was Nikki Bella. This year's advertised wrestler: Daniel Bryan from 3-7 PM.
So no dice on our boy being cleared for the Rumble. Damn.

But wait, wasn't Big Show in the Rumble last year? Yeah. But it was in Philly. Depending on what time he was scheduled Sunday he could have gotten from Pittsburgh to Philly with some time to spare. |

Isn't he only slated to be there on Friday? Commercial I saw said Sunday. Hrm. If you're talking about the world on wheels thing, I just checked the website and it says he'll be there Friday from 6-9.... Maybe theres still some hope left for him. I doubt it though. |

Even if Daniel Bryan is in the Royal Rumble this year, the only way that it would work is if Roman Reigns did in fact get eliminated half way through the Rumble match. Because if Daniel Bryan came out with Roman still in there, and they had Daniel Bryan get eliminated, the fans would crap all over Roman Reigns again just after finally accepting him and cheering him on.
But knowing WWE, Vince would turn Daniel Bryan heel so the fans wouldn't cheer him anymore, thus the fans having to cheer on Roman Reigns by default.

Not sure how this was depressing. If he was in, he wasn't winning. I never saw this as something that could happen honestly.

If WWE learned anything in the last 2 Rumbles, I wouldnt bring him back at the Rumble unless he was winning it.
