bought a set of ring ropes from rsc and im scared af that it will damage my ringposts and ring. I mean its so damn tight that the ringposts dont touch the ground and the ring is a bit folded.in from the pressure. What should i do? Should i worry about it? Or leave it like that and it will become normal over time? Idk

Thought the same thing when I put mine on. Don't worry. After about 8 months, hasn't gotten any worse.

This happened when I got my son some ropes for his ring, they will stretch slightly with play so will sort themselves out in time.
They wont damage your ring

Stretch them out
That's what I did and now it's perfect, all posts on the floor and ropes still super tight

I stretched them out a bit just by pulling before I put them on, but I've had the ropes on my ring since they came out and had zero warping.

It's good that they're tight. They'll loosen up a bit over time. I have those ropes so I know what I'm talking about.

They are way better than the ropes that come with the others, and as others have said, don't worry.
