Basic, Elite, or Both? Which do you collect?

Mostly Elites unless there's a Basic I really like more so than that particular wrestlers Elites that have been made.

Both. But mainly Elites.

elites....because basic leg articulation is ridiculous. Whats the point in the year 2016...making wrestling figures that can't do wrestling moves?

Both. There are times when I actually prefer the basic version to the elite.

elites. only reason I buy a basic figure is to fixup an elite

I do both, and even the Create a Superstar line, too. I am more of a completist on elites and buy basics that I like or just on a whim sometimes when I go to the store for something else. I have bought all of the CaS so far as well, because they are in scale are fun and the ones with generic heads are great jobbers!

Just elites. Though I do get basics if they're of my favorite superstars and if the attire is good looking. IE: Basic 58 Edge

I started out collecting only Basic because Elite was too expensive at the time (2010, hah!). After a while, I got into collecting Elite for the VAC belts only. I took a liking to the Elite figures from there and bought the ones I liked, but I wasn't serious about buying complete or near complete sets until this past November.

Since then, I've dabbled in both Basic and Elite because I've been impressed by the character variety as of late. Most of the NXT crew are popping up in the Basic line first, so that's been another contributing factor. But if I had to choose between them? I would drop Basic figures in a heartbeat, especially if it meant all future debut figures were exclusive to the Elite line.

Just elites. Almost pulled the trigger on the Hall and Nash battle pack.
