The thing I'll say in the defense of a wrestler that acts like an Ahole, anytime iv been to a signing I cringe at the way the fans treat these guys. No thank you, no please, it's just shove paper in face and "CAN YOU SIGN THIS!" People treat them like zoo animals sometimes

Never had a bad experience but here what I've experienced...
Nicest Ron Simmons, Chris Nowitski, and D-Von Dudley - Met them all at a WM access meet in 2005. All super nice and took the time to chat with me. D-Von even commented on my Duke hat and we talked basketball for a minute.
Gene Oakerlund - Met him at a WM access meet in 2006. My dad and I got there late and were literally the last ones in line. Gene had been there a few hours and looked tired but still took the time to chat with us. Great guy.
HHH- Met him during the lead up to WM22 in 2006. Chatted with all the fans and commented on my Motörhead shirt. He even told my brother and I since we were watching WM that he'd be debuting a new song from them. The coolest part was when he told a security guard to back off when my mom was struggling to take a pic with my camera. They were trying to push us along and HHH told em to leave her alone.
In Between Mick Foley - Not bad but Mick seemed tired that night. He was great during his show before the signing but when I met him he never looked up and was chatting with the guy sitting next to him. My brother had a better experience. He had a broken arm at the time and Foley got a kick out of signing his cast.

Roddy Piper was a class act. Met him at a book signing years ago. He spent at least 5 to 10 minutes with each fan. He was genuinely happy to see everyone there.
Terry Funk was a pisser! Like Piper, he spent time with everyone asking for a signature. And he wouldn't just write his name, he'd personalize it. For me, he wrote "To my pal Grumpy- Stay out of jail. Terry Funk." For my brother, he wrote "Hey Andrew- Ease up on them hammers. Terry Funk.". It took me years, but I realized he was quoting a Far Side comic strip.
King Kong Bundy was funny as well. He was hitting on the girl I was dating at the time & giving me a look like "I'm hitting on your chick. What are you gonna do about it?" Great guy, but sloppy handwriting.
Ox Baker was like that one uncle who would tell you a dirty joke, give you a sip of his beer or a puff of his cigar. Very loud, hands-on & hilarious.

Never had a bad experience meeting wrestlers.
Nicest Matt Hardy Shawn Michaels Lawler Steamboat Bray Wyatt Seth Rollins
Ok Mick Foley- asked how I was, but became uninterested when I told him I wasn't able to attend his comedy show later in the day.
Honky tonk man- all business and kept asking to purchase photos from his mercy table after he signed my item.

Nicest:
John Cena by far. Dude bought be dinner, sat down and ate with me and talked to me for a good half hour, then said hi to me nearly everyday for the next few weeks. This was during filming of The Marine, when he was staying at the sports centre/hotel across from my house. Class act through and through.
Worst:
Didn't personally meet him but Orton yelled at a bunch of kids near me for using flash photography and pushed through them so I didn't even try to approach him after witnessing that.

Since I have been living in Mexico I have not met many any in years. But around 1991 I worked out at Sting and Lex Lugar´s gym. Saw them sometimes. But since I only watched the WWE I really had no idea who they were. Saw iron Sheik, Sid, and Big Bully Busick at the gym once. That was kinda cool.
Met Hulk Hogan. He was filming no holds barred across the street from my house. He signed my WWF magazine and called me brother. Awesome.
Met Jake Roberts on an NY plane. He was cool too.
Met Virgil. I had worked as a waiter in WWFNY restaurant. I kept the shirt that said WWF STAFF on it for years. I was also working out big time back then and was kinda huge. He kept following me around Atlanta´s DragonCon chatting me up. I think he thought I still worked for the WWF and would help him out. Too funny.

Funka and Bob Orton are guests at the local comic con this year. I am a guest for being an author and artist and was hoping to meet them when I have time.

I remember that too, he said punk was an a-hole That sounds about right Met him a couple times and he was a super nice guy to me. Of course one of those was post wrestling careers where he's at a much better place mentally. Never tracked him down outside a signing though. That's weird to me, personally.

Forgot to mention Roman. Nice dude. I got stuck in front of his table at this signing thing they were doing to raise money for a CWF hall of fame wall and got to talk to him for about 10-15 minutes...one of the coolest dudes I've ever met I've was a fan of his before but after that I'll always be a fan of the guy just cause of how cool he was with me

Just seemed to be having a blast. I was a fan and will remain one.

Nicest Wrestlers I've met: -Matt Morgan -John Morrison -Roddy Piper (I didn't meet him because I was waiting in line to meet Stan Lee and just watching him interact with the fans he seemed like a very nice guy). -Max Buck (Interacts with me on Twitter at times and hasn't blocked me for my sarcastic comments.)
Straight up as***les -RJ Brewer (Had an argument with him on Fb about immigration, a complete idiot and pulled the racist card on me for not agreeing with him. He straight up thought I was an idiot and wrong because he had his fans like his comments and agreeing with him. He better hope I don't met him in the ring someday.)

Only wrestler I've met is Jericho after the first time he left in 2005 and toured oz with fozzy. He was okay, cordial would be the best word to describe. He commented on the large forehead on his best of wcw figure I asked him to sign lol.

Met and interacted with too many to list, but will say a few faves.
Alicia Fox - Absolute sweetheart. Met her while she was still down in OVW after a show and asked her for an autograph. Told me she had to run and get something so she would be right back. Gave it a minute but didn't see where she went, so I moved on. About 10 minutes later I feel someone rub my shoulder and it's her. She actually took the time to walk back through the crowd and hunt me down.
Christopher Daniels - Met him before his TNA days, though he was still a huge name on the indies. Stayed around and helped him take down the ring. Tony Kozina was also part of this, another super cool guy.
Maria Kanellis - Met her in OVW and she stopped outside to sign and take a picture with me. Just really friendly and sweet. Pictures do not do her justice by the way..
Johnny Nitro - Met him and Melina at OVW and both were really personable to me. I was the only person in the crowd who got an auto/pic because I had an 8x10 of him already, so he was awesome to me.
Only "bad" experience I've had was CM Punk. Met him after an OVW show and he wouldn't say a word. He did sign my 8x10 but looked pissed off to be there and wouldn't acknowledge beyond that.

Very loud, hands-on & hilarious.I got to meet him twice at autograph signings, and you're totally right. Just amazing hearing him with that booming voice he had, acting it up. The second time, I picked out a picture for him to sign, from Escape From New York, and he joked around about it being a good choice, from the movie he beat up Kurt Russel in. The second time I got to meet him, it was a group signing, and Marty Jannetty was one of the people there too, and when I got my picture taken with him, he joked around, and stood on a chair for it, because I'm taller then him. Well off to the side, you just hear this loud voice, holy cow, look at the size of that guy, and it was Ox, over at his area. Definitely made hearing about him passing away, that much sadder. Met and interacted with too many to list, but will say a few faves. Alicia Fox - Absolute sweetheart. Met her while she was still down in OVW after a show and asked her for an autograph. Got to meet her at the same signing I met Ox Baker the second time at. It's just amazing how beautiful she really is in person, and how sweet of a person she is too.
