I'm a huge Dudley fan but turning a Legendary team like them heel in 2016 is a bad idea. This is my opinion but I've always thought that each one of their heels turns sucked especially their 2004 one so another heel turn is awful.
As faces the Dudley's can connect better with fans and they are over as hell too and after watching Smackdown it now seems that the tables are no more either which is ridiculous because that is one of their main trademarks.
Another thing I don't like is that they're 10th tag reign will come soon. I don't know how long they will be around for but one things for sure and that is they will have another tag title run before they hang up for good. Now when they do win their 10th tag titles it will be huge but would suck if they are heels. They need to be faces when they win imo.

No. Leaving the Dudley boys face is a bad idea.
Let calfzilla roam. Read the Twittah machine.

Fresh change for them. I hope they debut new gear too. Maybe even a new version of their theme. Time to move past 2001 IMO.

The Dudleyz as anything but heels is a bad idea. Dudes are naturals as heels.

You realize that Bubba ("Buh Buh Ray" at the time) and D-Von started as heels right? This is just a natural flow right back into their beginnings.
Dudes are naturals as heels.

In ECW I loved them as heels. The dudes are heels. It's meant for them. And it's actually fresh to see a "nostalgia act" be heels.

Outside of New Day, I think they are the most entertaining tag team. Whatever it takes to get them back in the spotlight.

They should absolutely be heel. Bully Ray was the best heel in the business for a while.

They need to be heels. The nostalgia pop faded pretty quickly.

Because leaving them as faces was going to lead to soaring gains.
Them as heels works, especially Bubba who had matches and moments of his career as Bully Ray.

Turning them heel is a good idea.
Having them stop using tables is a bad idea.

Gotta add on to people saying turning them heel was the right move. I know a lot talk about Bubba's run as Bully, but go back to ECW. They would get the fans so worked up they nearly started riots at some shows. When you can get fans, especially ECW fans who prided themselves on being in the know, that worked up, you're a good heel. I get the logic they did with having them give up tables since putting people through tables gets a pop, but that's also a staple of the Dudleys.

As faces, all The Dudley's are is a nostalgia act. Bubba is a natural heel and and not using the tables are a great way to get heat. The tag division needs to be shaken up right now and the titles have to be taken off the New Day. Nothing against those guys but they don't need the championships anymore. Have The Dudley's take them away and give either The Uso's or whichever team that big babyface Mania moment. Or you can go a different route and go heel v. heel at Mania with New Day as the champs, then turn the Dudley's face again by finally giving the audience what they want by using a table and winning. Turning them heel is a good idea. Having them stop using tables is a bad idea. A table spot is gonna get a pop heel or face. Taking tables away is the greatest way for them to draw heat.

I just wonder if the heel turn will stick??
They are legends now, and look back at when guys like Flair were heel late in their career, fans still cheered him on. I gotta feeling the fans will still cheer on the Dudley Boyz no matter what.
If the Dudleys vs. The Usos takes place, fans will cheer the Dudleys and boo the Usos.
