Its different so i don't mind. If it results in them at least winning more matches instead of jobbing to absolutely everyone, then its worth a shot.

There are to many face and inbetween tag teams already, The Dudleys as heels works perfectly.

It's not that turning them heel is a bad idea, imo, it's just that its been done. Everything about their run so far has been just meh. It's cool because it's the Dudleys, but other than that, who cares? They're wearing the same outfits they did for years and they're doing the same things they've done forever. Their wazzup thing is a reference to a beer commercial from 1999. They haven't updated their move set in almost 17 years.
I was looking forward to a program with them and the Usos. I was hoping it wouldn't be until after WrestleMania this year or even leading into WM 33. And I was going that the Usos wound be the heels.

If another popular team debut in the future the Uso's could turn heel then.

Gonna have to disagree with that. The Dudleys were basically floundering as a legacy babyface nostalgia act. Hopefully this will freshen them up. My only concern is the lack of babyface tag teams for them to work with. The Usos are firmly entrenched in the backlash phase.

Before the Dudley's returned tables were rarely used but now it is basically every week. Vince has probably sat down with the board and said. "You know these God damn Dudleys are costing me money with breaking tables every week. Let's turn them heel and stop them using tables so I don't have to keep buying new ones" Triple H then turns around and says. "That's best for business. |
