Christmas Day weight 197.8lbs. I honestly get mad every time I weigh under 200.

If I don't eat 5 times in a day I lose 5-7 pounds. Having a fast metabolism just means you have to eat until your jaw hurts to maintain or gain weight.

I've officially started a tank top collection because my shoulders are too big to be comfortable in large shirts but XL shirts are too baggy. Wore it at the gym and had a great bicep workout. I don't wanna sound like a douchebag or anything but wearing a tank top in the gym gives you a bit of confidence.

My local gyms closed from late-March until late-May but we've been good to go for six months now.

6'1/2" but we round that up to 6'1". Haha cool, 200lbs is a lot more reasonable expectation then. 200lb @ 6'1 =/= 200lb at 5'9 lol. That said I'm not a huge huge fan of specific bodyweight targets. I'm 5'8 so the actual #'s here are going to be veeeeeery different than they would be for you, but outside of weight class based sports the #'s themselves can always be super misleading/pointless. I got up to 200 at one point, but did it too fast and there was too much bodyfat. Looked much better @ 180ish and measured bigger too. Only so fast your body can pack on muscle without enhancement, and I definitely tried to put it on too fast for that.

I've gotten so much stronger this year but I would say that's only about 50% due to working out. I'm like to be about as tall as my dad (who's 6'3") and I'd like to be about 240lbs. But if I never grow an inch or gain a pound at least I'm bigger than most wrestlers.

But if I never grow an inch or gain a pound at least I'm bigger than most wrestlers. You'll get there; you're doing good at 16. I was 168 Lbs when I shredded all my fat at 16 going into 17. I didn't start bulking up until the spring of 2018; then I met my girlfriend and I got pretty fat by spring of 2019. But I drastically jumped from 180 at the start of the summer to 200 by the time I put my cap and gown. I was 207; and started very big shred at the Late of 2019. And I only actually lost 7 lbs. Even though I was pretty damn narrow. I started to lift heavier; and then I started bulking this Summer and got up to around 214. I tried training heavier being that I worked at a county jail as a officer. I started to shred; but something just suddenly happened where I shot up to 227 with more Muscle and just size by my 20th birthday. 227 at 6ft. I am tall for being Italian; lmao. I never; cared for abs. I's have to get to 190; for Abs. I just want my stomach to taper; big arms; wide frame. Just big fit dude you don't want to f*** with. And I don't care for all the hard work of balancing macros; and scheduled meals. I hated it; especially working at a Jail it was so damn hard to eat on a special routine. The only thing i'll tell you at some point your metabolisim may slow down and you may get a bit chubby at some point. And I will say; get in some cardio if you don't already. I usually run 1.5 miles then break into on and off running and walking than a Spring; but I only do so much because I have a naturally fat body and I have to be able to run to codes without feeling total death lol. Just some high stress intense fat burning calorie session would help; like crossfit. I hate cross fit; though. So your body is going to give you lots of free gains as you age. At 16 is only the start of them; I think I am done. But; I'd love one more by 21. Since some of us can keep growing till 21; I wish I could by like 6 ft 3. That would be my perfect medium; and about 240-250. But I'd say expect a good won some point before your 18; and few good ones after 18. You're most likely going to be total animal once you hit 20. You already sound like a animal for 16; lmao.

He calls me 16 year old Brock Lesnar because I have a wide build lmao. I was always generally skinny until this year. Even though I'm bigger now I'm far closer to having abs then back in middle school. There's alot of tall people in my family so maybe there's a few more inches that Imma gain. I'm already fairly large. My arms are 17" and I don't know how to properly measure shoulders but like I've previously said they're too big to fit comfortably in a large shirt. I wanna get back in a wrestling ring because last time I was training I was 5'5" and a buck forty.

Looks like I'll be the first post in this thread of 2021. I'm gonna sound really bad saying this. But I hate going to gyms in early January. It's all packed because people set New Year's Resolutions thinking they're really gonna better themselves but quit a week later. If you're gonna do that crapthen don't show up at all. New Year's Resolutions are fricking stupid you're wasting your time and you're crowding the gym for people who actually work hard. That being said I got a decent chest and triceps workout that lasted about 20 minutes before I got tired of being crowded by people who you'll never see again by the 10th. Stop waiting until January to pretend like you're going to change for the better.
