Thats a bootleg. You can tell by the shoulder joints.

So there is the reason I couldn't found him! I remember that figure was cheap, there is another reason lol
I will buy another Guerrero! This time from Mattel, probably the Wrestlemania 32.

The legit figure wearing that attire would be from the Summerslam 2004 PPV Series.

It would pass inspection quicker if not for those weird shoulder pins. The TTL pieces are not as immediately noticeable. Has this attire actually been made by Jakks before? Because if not, that wouldn't he such a bad stand in on the shelf.
To the OP, I think the WM 32 basic is a good choice, but a more colorful one that I personally would pick over it is the basic 29 World Champion figure in teal/ green tights.
