I knew both names because a good friend of mine who I lived with for a bit is a Wiccan. You've never tripped more balls than when you're stoned and walk into a room full off Wiccans doing some weird ass ritual. Me and my buddy once walked into his girlfriend's house tripping on shrooms and his girlfriend was having a bunch of friends over for a slumber party and they were playing with a Ouija board. We freaked out and got out of the house. That's the closest i got to that |

Now don't get me wrong, I've got a fair few friends in the Wicca community through her but you see some weird stuff. Did you know naked Wicca parties are a thing? Because I sure didn't. And I'm not even talking orgies here, I'm just talking a regular house party but with a crap ton of naked people and a ridiculous amount of incense. |

This just sounds like a bunch of piece mealed stories culled from the 6-8 months I spent palling around with the Merrimack Valley goths. I'm considering using the entire premise as a launching point for NaNoWriMo.

This just sounds like a bunch of piece mealed stories culled from the 6-8 months I spent palling around with the Merrimack Valley goths. I'm considering using the entire premise as a launching point for NaNoWriMo. I hung around with the goths in grades 9-10. I got bullied a lot, and they were honestly the most accepting people at my schools, if you showed them some respect. Still good friends with a couple of them. Some strange parties. Some of them are bungholes, but a lot of them at least here are pretty chill if you aren't the judgmental type |

I guess it's sort of a self-fulfilling prophecy in my case - not a one of the people that I encountered during my earliest college excursions could fit the bill of "well adjusted", which I suppose is what drew us together since, well...yeah. It's probably less of a characteristic of the fact that they're goths so much as there's just something in the water out there. Maybe the lifestyle was just circumstantial. |

Yeah, really.... EDIT*** so upon further research... it appears Samael is only mentioned in the Talmud...not the Bible EDIT PT. 2 **** Neither is Ahriman Samael is in Judaism, he's an angel of death. Ahriman is an Anglican Death Monster. So Judaism and Anglican Christianity. Close enough. Zoroastrianism and Anglican Christianity aren't the same thing. Zoroastrianism predates all forms of Christianity by about six centuries and that is where Ahriman originated. |
