Its true there's a lot of lines, but I think that just helps us get the guys we want. I'm extremely happy about the DM's coming back, definitely my favorite. HOF also gave us some that we normally wouldn't get. But with so many, that also means guy I don't want. So I'm just focusing on guys I really want and what my shelves have room for.

It depends on what you buy really, doesn't it?
I mainly collect FB's, HOF and RSC Exclusives, with the odd Basic and BP thrown in there from time to time.

Nope. Put me in a situation where I'm overloaded with figures. Put too many good figures out. Make me make decisions. Make me spend my money. Turn up the heat Mattel

Man, I remember back in 2010 that everyone was complaining on how terrible Mattel's distribution was and how hard it was to find figures...now there's too many figures? New times, new problems.

Don't worry if you're overwhelmed. By June you'll be wondering when the next time you'll be seeing ANY product on the shelves will be. At least at Walmart. They tend to become a wasteland from late spring thru late summer.

Anyone else think the amount of new accounts showing up on this site and posting threads that are who cares type of questions is too much?

Im an international buyer and its been ridiculous lately with releases. RSC Exc: Nation of Domination RSC Exc: Kevin Nash Elite 41 (Flashbacks and Fin Balor) Wrestlemania 32 Brock and Taker Approximate cost: £212 or $300! (dont forget the insane shipping prices that RSC charge for international buyers and then customs on top of that!) I havent bought any of the above yet because of the costs. I could afford it but I refuse to pay that sum for figures. Insane. Oh and I almost forgot! Add in DM Austin! Its actually disgraceful when you think about it. Those figures you listed would cost $200 in the states too Is Amazon a better option shipping for you? Feel for you on having to pay those prices though!

I've started to get a lot more selective since last summer but I still find the number of releases to be very fast

I just got hit by customs myself purchasing Exclusive Nash, WM Taker and Nation 2-Pack....it was a tough blow. Then I wanted HOF series 3 and Heenan 4-pack also from the states (Luckly a helpful member here helped me out) but still ouch. Then Elite 41 hit around here and it's a really good wave.
Triple Whammie!

As a collector from the UK I don't buy the 'exclusives' just due to shipping and customs
But as for basics / elites / wm / TNF series I'd love more xD I'll find space lol
I'm not caught up by any means and some figures are bound to never be owned, but that's the fun :3

There can never be too many Mattels for me. As long as quality/ new wrestlers remain consistent:)

I thought with me not buying current WWE stars now for my collection that my collecting habits would be cut down a bit. But now with Mattel releasing so many flashbacks in the basic, battle pack and elite lines, it feels like I am collecting even more than I was before!
It also doesn't help living in Canada. We get lucky at times, but a lot of figures for years were just seen as USA figures only. Thankfully now, we are getting more options here, but our prices are still very high compared to the USA.
Having all these various lines of figures doesn't help either. Now Then Forever, Basic, Battle Pack, Elite, HOF, WWE Network... why not just have a few lines and leave it at that??

It doesn't bother me, the fact we could be getting an elite aj styles this year excites me.

I think the exact opposite, there isn't nearly enough to collect since I don't buy any current wrestlers, only legends and even then only true legends so 123 kid for example doesn't qualify nor do I need 30 Undertakers, 2 is enough. So it's very difficult to stay interested in the line when you have to wait months for a cool new figure to collect. I miss the early days when there were waves of legends to buy.

I like it. I hate having nothing to buy during the slow times. Its overwhelming at times scrambling around to try and get everything and my wallet has definitely taken a stone cold stunner lately, but I would rather have it this way than the shelves being empty.
