Beating Triple H of course gives him the title, but the ultimate way to defeat The Authority would be to take their power in helping Shane beat Taker at Wrestlemania. It gives WWE a way to have Shane win without having Undertaker look weak, and also sets up a possible feud with Roman vs. Taker. Thoughts?

Helping the "face" in the McMahon family wouldn't make him heel. Nor would a feud with Undertaker for a couple months. Undertaker could just be pissed that he cost him the match.

I'd argue that he's neither heel nor face. He's his own entity. If he were truly a face, he'd rebel against Vince and the Authority in having a role in them retaining their power with a win. He doesn't care, he just wants to win for himself.

Theres clearly going to be more to this angle with all the stipulations, and the way they've been hinting at conflict between Vince and Taker. |

He's my favorite of all time so I'm well aware. Him losing once was foolish. But he lost once. It needs to stay that way. He doesn't need a second loss, especially to a guy who is 45 and isn't even a wrestler. It does nothing for anyone. Oh, and neither of us mentioned the streak. You brought it up. |

I would be fine with the idea of Reigns helping Shane to beat Taker,its makes sense but I think the better option even if they want to turn Reigns heel is to go the John Cena route.The WWE was already dead set on Cena/Taker for this years Mania as the marquee match up why not have Cena cost Taker the match to set up a bout at next years Mania and also in the process turn Cena full blow heel if Reigns is going to be the #1 babyface or even if they don't want Cena to go full on heel it would add a new twist to him as a character.

They should have Roman spear Taker off the top of the cell through a burning announce table before proclaiming "Well let me tell you something, you can't see me, gimme a hell yeah, jabroni".

Instead of all this stuff, WWE should hire Ken Anderson back, have him return during Romans match at Mania, Have Roman totally obliterate him, and then wrestling fans across the world can blame Roman for killing Kennedy
