For WWE to put someone in the HOF they have to make a deal with the person or their estate, and based on the fact he hasn't had merch since he worked for the company I doubt they have any contact with his estate
I'll sign it anyway because I want a Herc

Hercules was one of my absolute favorites when I first started watching wrestling when I was very little.
I want an elite Hercules figure big time!

I want a Herc figure, he's a truely missed figure in the CS & Flashback line. But HOF? That's a stretch, nothing in his career is HOF worthy. I'm not some young kid knocking him cause I wasn't around in his era, I was - but what is his biggest accomplishment a lame fued with a young Warrior or a mid-card tag team with a cool name. Yes there have been lesser stature people put in (Koko, Rodz, etc.) but that is WWE's way of affirmative action which would not apply here.

I would LOVE a Herc figure! But I won't sign that petition because I think change.org should used for important things, like term limits for congressmen or increased sanitation requirements. It's not for getting guys into industry halls of fame or banishing pop stars we all hate, like Justin Beiber (or however you spell her name)

Herc had some big moments. won 1 of only 2 battle royals on SNME. main evented quite a few SNME as well. fueds with Warrior & Dibiase/Slave thing were legendary. no reason he should be left out when others arent. |

I didnt start it, just found it. hopin it could help tho. change.org has alot of petitions that shouldnt be. just an email for one to let a guy who murdered his sister out of prison because he's been a model prisoner for 21 yrs now. |

He most definitely belongs in the hall of fame, especially since Koko is in. Hercules played a much larger role in the WWF golden era than the Birdman did, he was a perennial midcarder that made occasional mainevent runs, and was a part of very memorable storylines. He is deserving of the hall.

To get into WWE's Hall of Fame, the company sees that can make money off you and you have some value to them. What people are wanting is a merch deal with WWE which only will happen on this case is Herc's estate signs off on it once WWE sends them a contract. That is how we got Umaga. Just because you are in the HOF does not mean a merch deal.

I'm pretty sure he had a falling out with McMahon given the way his last match went down. He no sold Sid's powerbomb and leisurely strolled back to the locker room.
Just because somebody was present in the heyday doesn't mean they deserve a figure. Herc wasn't much of a player, or character, for that matter. Same thing with Dino Bravo and Greg Valentine. Shelfwarmer city.

HOF doesnt guarantee a fig. but maybe the petition will get sent to WWE, promting them to maybe make more of an effort to get ahold of Herc's estate. ANYTHING can help since we havent got one yet. Herc's families facebook said they would love to get a deal goin. all the name wrestlers deserve a fig. even the obscure ones. he-man collectors want all he-man characters. same with star wars, and same with old school legend collectors. Papa Shango has a figure. if you watched SNME Herc was a Huge player back in the day. a MAJOR Heenan family member. MUCH more important than Koko or Shango. its weird people on a wrestling figure site dont want a legend figure or worse say he shouldnt get one. strange negativity for wrestling figure forum. any legend collector would want one.

I heard that Jakks had him signed, at one point, but the line crashed and we never got one.
Mattel would do it total justice. I'd love one from Wrestlemania 6.
