We've probably seen summerslams better than this WM. We haven't seen Wrestlemania yet. Plus, Summerslam is awesome. Now if you said something like Battleground or MITB...

This next Raw is going to be glorious. We all know WWE is getting its way with Roman winning, Cant be anymore predictable. This crowd is going to EAT this guy up.

I think I could round up a group of guys from this forum, start a federation where we agree to work for free.. and have better shows than WWE. This is pathetic. Genuinely, it's just sad. If Shane-O loses (or wins clean) at Mania.. it will potentially be the worst Mania of all time. Any scenario that sees Taker lose to Shane is just completely ridiculous. The problem is that, if he doesn't lose, we get more Authority. It's lose-lose. You sacrifice the show, or you sacrifice the Undertaker. They're sacrificing the Undertaker to make up for their lack of creativity and years of constantly undermining their entire roster. It's sad.

Live audience jeers at Ziggler/KO/Zayn: Crowds ruin things. These people are awful. Live audience jeers at Reigns: Ahahahahaha "you still suck" No bias at all. I don't like either, but at least the "You still suck" chant had to do with someone in the segment. Take your logic elsewhere, please.

Roman's push is anything but appealing to the hardcore fans. I'm not talking about Roman. I'm talking about focussing too much on WORKRATE! and not enough on building good storylines and developing characters. Go back and watch RAWs from the late 90s. Most matches were less than 5 minutes, but everyone had a developed character. Even jobbers. Now it's just "WORKRATE, STAR RATING!"....they need to focus on the entertainment aspect way more. The thing is that you can have both easily. Work rate with no character basically means the guys in the ring care more than the people writing the show. They're just not given time to show off anything else.

The first was just random s*** during a match. The other was jeers directed toward someone in the segment. The crowd was still a**holes but there's a difference there.

Agree completely with the final sentence.. but that's how far it has come now. If Taker wins, it shows they have turned their back on the idea of 'change'. It was all just an illusion to sell the PPV. Shane needs to win (not because of the moment), simply because of what it means for the future. This company needs a breath of fresh air.. and Shane is the best way (kayfabe) to introduce that. If Undertaker wins (which will probably be followed by a clean Reigns win), it would be an absolutely disastrous show.. and all of the people who have travelled from UK/Ireland and everywhere else around the globe will have to find other ways to enjoy their trip to the US.

"That was the sort of emotion you can't manufacture." - Corey Graves on Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania XXX
Manufacturing reactions won't ever work. It has to be organic to be great.

The problem for me personally is that normally I have a fair idea of how good the show will be and can adjust my expectations accordingly.. but this show could literally be anything from totally amazing to totally garbage depending on how they book it. That's what worries me.

One of the saddest stories of this year's Mania season has been the dismantling of Bray Wyatt.
The guy is loaded with charisma, a good look, a believable in ring style, and was being touted as a potential replacement for The Undertaker in terms of character just two years ago.
He was given arguably the two biggest stars in the company back to back at Wrestlemania. Now he's not even on the show, and, honestly, with the way his stories have played out in the last year, he probably shouldn't be.
It's a testament to the tunnel vision WWE has been operating under. It's indicative of the destruction 50/50 booking causes. It's every problem the company has neatly wrapped up with a bow on top.

Oh, now I get you. I agree with you wholeheartedly. What's even more depressing is that WWE CAN build up feuds and characters, but they do it through WWE.com. It's amazing how they have segments that can enhance their flagship show and yet don't use it at all.

I don't even know if I want Kalisto to win anymore at Mania.
They just keep booking him into tag team matches or jobber squashes.
And It's gotten to the point where the crowd just doesn't care about him anymore when he's in these matches and it makes me sad because I'm such a huge fan of him.
Like I really want him to get another fued like the one with Del Rio because that one was good, he was being cheered, Del rio was being booed, and it was great. But now then they had him teaming with Sin Cara and Neville for legit 5 weeks in a row, then had him beat Tyler Breeze, not wrestle for 2 weeks, now beat Konor. And they expect people to care??
Like Jesus WWE, cmon.... He's a great talent and WWE needs another good masked superstar but DAMN just let him roll solo in fueds!

IMO there is no doubt, Zayn vs Owens is the best feud going in WWE today. The way the crowd reacts to them going face to face proves they are on to something special.
I'm happy for guys like Ryder, Stardust, Cara, Miz, & Ziggler to be included in WM, but this should have been one on one.

It's almost certainly going to be better than 27. There could be 10 botches in each match this year, and it would still be better than 27. Sadly, that's the only one I've ever attended. The worst thing is that very little was overly bad on that show, it was just so boring. I liked Cody/Rey and Punk/Orton, but that was about it.

I could be wrong, but I thought that's why he hasn't been taking many bumps as of late.

WWE is a mess right now. There's too much going on. Not everyone should be at WrestleMania. It cheapens the show when people who have done nothing the past year suddenly have matches on the Grandest Stage of Them All.
