Official WM Go-Home Raw in NYC Thread: 3/28/2016

It certainly doesn't feel like Wrestlemania. There's so many bouts on the card that have just kinda materialized over the last few weeks rather than having been built to over the course of several months. How good or how bad it shakes out is gonna depend heavily on how it's all booked. If Reigns/HHH is on last, it better have one helluva finish.

Reigns/HHH is either gonna end to a chorus of boos or have a funeral-quiet play out...because we all know the outcome.

I thought it was a pretty good RAW. Roman didn't speak, thank God. Their brawl was effective enough and I think that just maybe, Triple H will retain.

No Bray Wyatt at Mania is fine by me. Dude is boring anyways.

Taker/Shane segment was awesome.


People are whining and complaining far too much about something they have no control over. Just sit back and enjoy the show.

Still confused as to why we couldn't have Zayn/KO one on one, and then have a LON/Usos/Dudleyz/New Day TLC match. Ziggler, Miz, Ryder, etc.... could have been in the ATG Battle Royale

typical ended to add intrigue into whose going to win at mania. Atleast the show didn't totally suck this time! As much as were complaining Im sure well all still watch it hahah.

Ummm the fact that it's WrestleFreakingMania?!?! If you've already decided in your mind that the show is going to suck, than why bother watching, or coming on here to complain about it? Most of you said the same exact thing last year before hand, and ended up enjoying the show. This might not be the ideal card, but or what they currently have to work with, I think it's pretty damn solid.

Styles vs. Jericho IV - A pretty good feud that will culminate in a solid grudge match at Mania.

IC Title Ladder Match - Sure there's a few filler guys like Ryder and Miz, but we all know that there's going to be some great spots in this.

Ambrose vs. Lesnar - This feud has been highly enjoyable to me. This match is going to be a lot of fun, and even if Ambrose loses(which he probably will), he still walks away looking strong for being able to hang with the most dominant force in the company.

Hell In A Cell - This is the match that will shock everyone. The unpredictability level is through roof although none of you will admit that because you will all try to say that you called what's going to happen before hand. Anything can happen in this match, and the outcome will be good either way.

HHH vs. Reigns - This feud has been underwhelming, but everyone thought Lesnar and Reigns would suck last year and it ended up being pretty good. Reigns will most likely win, but that doesn't mean that the match won't be enjoyable. I trust Triple H. He knows what he's doing.

I couldn't possible disagree more. That match (as well as the title match and Ambrose/Lesnar) suffer from two equally bad choices, leaving the crowd to either cheer against their favorites/best interest, or cheer for no one and just chant "this is awesome" at cool spots. That's never, ever what you should be aiming to do in a main event match at Wrestlemania, let alone all three of your main events.

If Shane McMahon wins, it further tarnishes the legacy of The Undertaker and every single opponent he faced before Shane. Interference or not. There is no universe where Shane McMahon should pose an even remotely credible threat against The Undertaker. It makes a mockery of the product. It screams "wrestler fantasy camp." He's a non-wrestler being touted as Taker's greatest threat. It's absolutely asinine. If Shane McMahon loses, we're subject to more Authority - one of the most self-serving, detrimental on-going story arcs in the company, and a leading cause of the steep decline in quality of the product over the last year plus. Stephanie belittles every talent on the roster, and makes heels and faces alike completely subservient to her. No one ever comes out for the better in a segment with her. It needs to stop. But if it doesn't, and The Undertaker wins, you've also created a new problem. WWE flat out told the audience, by way of Shane McMahon, that the product isn't good, and it's only going to get worse if Vince McMahon stays in charge. So, if Taker wins, WWE has indirectly told you that their show sucks, will continue to suck, and probably will suck even more. This is lose-lose-lose, unless you have no qualms about completely sacrificing The Undertaker and his legacy. This is Vince McMahon stabbing perhaps his greatest creation in the back just to make up for his piss poor booking decisions.

Lesnar/Dean presents the same problem, albeit on a lesser scale. Dean shouldn't beat Brock, because Dean doesn't beat anybody, and Brock is a monster. Brock shouldn't beat Dean because Dean is the guy busting his ass every night and carrying the shows while the "number one babyface" gets booed out of the building. Again, lose-lose.

Triple H/Roman hardly needs an explanation. Either 46-year old part time wrestler and company czar holds onto the title and continues to drudge through 20 minute promos that even he seems bored with, or the biggest failure since Lex Luger starts his third lackluster reign as Champion no one gives a crap about. The only possible save here is a double turn.

There's no one to cheer for, only spots.

I cant wait to hear 100k people boo reigns this sunday.
