Anyone else pick this up yet? The Trophies are fairly easy this year. I already have completed 50% without really trying.

I did. I played on game on 6 innings with AL all stars vs Reds and got 4 trophies in 5 innings.

I am sure it is just a matter of time before I turn an unassisted DP so the only trophies left that I feel I will have any trouble with are the rtts diving catch. (Always seem to drop the ball) and the weekly challenge one. With the weekly challenge the highest I level I got to was All-Star before making an out and it resetting.

This is the first time I've played The Show in about a decade, so I have a question.
What's the deal with the roster updates? Do they download on their own? Do I have to manually upload them? Also, if I'm in the middle of a season, how can I go about updating the rosters?

I think they do a weekly update for online play, but if you are in the middle of the season I guess you would have to manually do it. That is just guessing because I don't play online and honestly with past games I just would do my own roster updates.

Just got to the team section and make the trades, do the call ups/send downs and sign free agents yourself.

So in only the second game of my season and I tossed a perfect game. Not legit. Kang healthy. XD lol. He was on the bench. I don't put players on the DL unless it is a long injury. (longer than 15 days) I think he's starting the season on the 15 day DL right?...so I just kept him as a bench player to start my season or else it would have screwed up all my lineups and rotation I had set. I hate that once you move a player the computer resets you lineups and rotations (especially when you move a non starter) Depending how my first 15 games go will decide whether Kang becomes a starter (2b) or Harrison stays a starter. I really want to trade back for Walker, but I like to play my first season with the actual roster. Also my Starting Rotation was different. Cole was my opening day pitcher. This game was Liriano. |

So after tossing the perfect game in his first start Liriano got shelled in his second start. I gave up 6 runs in the second inning and 8 total as he went 5 2/3 in Detroit for the 8-3 loss. lol

Polanco dropped the third out with the bases loaded then the next play Jaso dropped a throw from Mercer. But he threw a ton of pitches. It seemed like I wasn't getting any calls for pitches on the edges of the plate. |

WTF!!! Playing against the Rockies I was winning 6-0 in the 7th inning when Nicasio gets hit in the face with a line drive and is taken out with a concussion. Releif pitcher came in blew the lead. Then Melancon blew the save. Won it in 10 innings 8-7. Next game I am winning 6-0 in the 7th and Cole just got hit in the face with a line drive and needs to be removed! WTF!

Great game like the past years. I just wish that when I bought my PS3 last year I just bought a PS4 instead.
