I think that's the new Kofi but that could be any Del Rio.

If they have Kofi they probably used he new del rio too right but it's hard to believe they didn't have a new scan for Del rio.. But Mattel so.. A new scan would take longer to get out. But aside from that, I don't think this is a new figure. Del Rio hasn't used the scarf since his return, yet he has it in the picture. It definitely makes more sense that it's an older figure. |
