Wrong, they are calling him the Red Dragon, the tag team is reDRagon. Yes it is pronounced the same, but it has nothing to do with the tag team. Red Dragon is a Thomas Harris novel, the first in the Hannibal Lector series, which in of itself is a character within the series. That character is directly based off The Great Red Dragon Paintings by William Blake. They gave Slater the nickname because his character is supposed to think he is intimidating, not to use reDRagon's very marginal success. Literally beat the Young Bucks for two pairs of tag titles. In this thread about the Bullet Club they stand out as an example of greatness. Thank you I love reDRagon, they are awesome And 3 time ROH tag champs, marginal is an insult

If one wanted to split hairs, technically Roman's vest is a modified tactical vest and is most likely not bulletproof. Then Steve Austins vest? It said bulletproof right on it.

I hope they keep them all separate.
And I hope these threads start getting locked. It's annoying.

It just goes to show that Vince McMahon and the WWE is becoming Eric Bischoff and WCW of 20 years ago. We can't make a cool concept, so we will just steal it from another organization. What about the New Day? What about Money in the Bank? That's a stretch, man.

I don't understand some of yalls comments man... If they can get away with using "bullet club" why complain about it? Would you rather WWE just sign all the guys, re name them, and put them in a position that they have no idea what to do with them? Its BADASS that theyre capable of doing this. Stop whining

It's nice to see WWE wanting to fully support this group something that Finn Balor created himself.

When they showed up on Raw they were mentioned to be in the Bullet Club, and when they referenced them on NXT Graves also called them the Bullet Club. It'll be interesting to see if they keep it up and release merch with that name on it.

I remember reading something g about the E buying the rights to the bullet club name and New Japan uses a different name for the remaining Bullet Club members ( something Elite rings a bell)

Stop whining Your reading comprehension button is broken. WWE is considering ignoring an intellectual property right that New Japan owns by trying to snake their way around it, unnecessarily might I add. Maybe read the ing thread before deciding to make a post complaining about complaining.

They can re-name Rowan and Harper "Dem Boys" Heath Slater already says, "Heath Slater bay-bay" so he stole Adam Cole's thing Jerry Lawler can start "The Kingdom" A lot of good stuff there! haha They call heath Slater 'Red Dragon' which is a ROH Tag Team. They also steal Euro-Wrestling related gimmicks/nicknames! Curtis Axel is calling himself the "Axeman" which is the nickname of "Axel Tischer" who's currently in NXT under the name "Alexander Wolfe". And to make it even better! Alexander Wolfe's new "nickname/gimmick" is "The Burgermeister Of Backbreakers"(which hasn't been used on TV yet). And that kinda rips of "Messiah Of The Backbreaker" which is Roderick Strong's nickname.

To me they seem a pretty typical example of succeeding in spite of creative.
