We sent our daughter to Paris last night with my In-Laws so she could check out The American University of Paris which is of the schools she was accepted to. She just sent us a pic of the eiffel tower. Hopefully she has a great time, but doesn't enjoy the collage.

Thanks. Hopefully. She was accepted to two overseas schools and four in the DC/MD area. One of the two overseas was her top choice (King's in London) but her next three were the US schools. So hopefully She will pick one of those three schools. But we will sit down on Monday and go over all the pros and cons and have a better feel for where she will decide.

I contemplated going to college in Ireland for a while before I settled on staying here in Pittsburgh.
At the very least she's having an adventure and has a plethora of options. Even if you want her close to home, if you're accepted internationally that's nothing to lay on lightly. Big commitment but big deal.
