Less muscle, guys like 123 kid and Colin delany had the skinny arms

Guys like Pac had Diva arms. Cruiserweight arms were a little skinnier and had one line of muscle/vein/whatever running down their biceps. Heavyweight arms were a tad bit muscular than cruisers and had an almost circular like muscle bulge where the cruisers "line of muscle" was.
Big Show/Khali etcetera had logs of painted plastic, for all intents and purposes.
