anyone else thought it was bs that they took out wins/losses, having your own rank, no entrances, and not be able to team with your friends in a chamber? if they dont put those back this year im not definitely not getting it for the ps4 and just will stick with the ps3 version. theres no excuse for that.

Oh wait, I just checked wwe.2k.com and Billy Gunn is back? Any word on Big Kev and Luger? Bigelow? DDP? Natural Disasters? i have no idea why him and people like col mustafa, and general adnan are in these games every year, big waste. atleast give me mr. ass but no cant do that. Did you just compare Billy Gunn to Gen. Adnan? That's.... The only time I've ever seen that. Besides, give me Adnan over pretty much anyone from the modern roster, any day of the week. |

lol, i was born in 96 so...  the guy who lasted like 10 episodes? he was the worst character in angel. just boring, nothing to him. im only watching angel for spike and i have a question since im still on season 1 does this show get interesting at all? |

I love how we can transition backstage in any "No DQ" matches.. just like old times. That's gonna be sick. I am confused about the ladder part though.. It says we are only able to set it up in five specific locations and they were all inside the ring.. does this mean we can't set up any ladders outside of the ring? |

I always see them trying to move so it's right under just like how they had it before. When I saw "Ladder Match Overhaul" I was like wow...they're finally going to let us put the ladder across the ring to the barricade/announce table so we can set another one up in the ring and jump off/through it.....and then I thought...maybe they'll let us set ladders up between a ladder and the turnbuckle...then I read what seems like them limiting us to barely any places to set up a ladder. |

Gonna miss chain-wrestling at the beginning of the match.. yes, not every match starts like that but most do. If one didn't want to engage in it all they had to do was strike their opponent for a bit until their health lowered. I for one loved it at the beginning of the match.

I'll wait for footage of the Ladder match features to judge it. It honestly might be a tad bit more restricted, but in turn have bigger payoffs as Ladder matches have felt really unrewarding for a long time. Spots are often damn near no-sold or take way too much time to set up (trial and error).
I'm glad the 2K16 Submission System lives on. Making it easier was probably not the best idea as anyone who liked it was fine with the Difficulty and how it worked, but that's not really a big deal. Plus they have the Button Mash one for anyone who wants to change it so everyone should be pleased now.
The Chain Wrestling change seems alright, I still want to see them a lot, but there's some occasions where it isn't that necessary.
The Rollout feature sounds amazing. I like that we'll have more Strategic Multi-Man matches now.
Major Reversals being refined and the new tweaking for Taunts sound pretty good. Sounds like we will be able to taunt in the corners/on the apron/etc like RAW/RAW 2/AKI Games.
And the best news is probably the fact we can roam from the Arena to Backstage. So happy about that. I can't wait to see these Backstage OMG Moments and then areas themselves.
Rollins having his return attire make me hype too. Can't wait to make it into his new Metallic Silver colored version.

I like everything we are hearing so far. The Ladder physics were clunky and unrealistic,and mostly always have been. I'm ok with some placement restrictions if it means better game play overall. Maybe it won't slide around the ring like it's on ice anymore. And he did say you'd be able to bridge one from apron to barricade, so that should be interesting.

I like what I've heard. I'm slightly concerned about the ladder limitations, but I'm fairly confident that you can still have the freedom to set up the ladder anywhere outside of the ring. What I took away was that the placement limitations will allow for more ladder match type spots. Every ladder match I've ever been in has been a clusterf#ck, and they were kind of enjoyable, but I still generally had to either do some outside OMG move or sneak around and stay away from the action in multi person matches. Honestly it sounds like it could be a huge improvement...provided you have placement freedom when you're not actually in the ring - which I fully expect to be the case.
The taunt overhaul actually sounds great! It's one of those things that I never considered until now, but now that they're doing it I realize how overdue it is. If memory serves the only time taunts have actually meant something was Royal Rumble for Dreamcast, and that was only occasionally.
Major reversals sound like they will add an element of realism. Match flow has been better than ever, and this seems to add to it. Also, although I'm nervous about multi man matches, I think in practice it will be a huge improvement. I kind of liked the free for all feel, but I really like the sound of roll outs and quick pin breakups.
Backstage and crowd fighting obviously sounds awesome, especially backstage OMG moments. we're still missing ramp and Tron OMG moments, especially tosses off the side of the stage, but hopefully we eventually get those. I really really hope backstage brawls use the regular fighting style and not the horrible grapple and throw method of years past.
I won't miss chain grappling opening EVERY match, but I'm glad it's still an option.

I wonder, with the space and memory they are saving with not having a showcase mode if ( not counting whats used for improvements in my career & universe mode )
if we might see more CAW slots.
there is no doubt i love having 100 but my ideal number is 120. the extra 20 would be handy to me for custom reffs with my feds logo on them and managers. I also am really glad we have the option to turn off the new submission system.
I wonder if the custom music option will be back.
In fairness i have never tried the new mechanics as i been holding out upgrading since 2k14, but if i have trouble getting use to it i like that i can switch back to what I am use to.
Being a admitted noob when it comes to current gen, was it possible to upload jpeg images for logo use any other way on the previous game or did it have to be with the phone app?
and did you need to have a xbox gold membership to access the phone app logo uploads? Thanks guys.
