Omg please let the Elite Legends last awhile! I don't plan on buying Magnum but I'm glad he's being made. It's been way over due. I'm not really too thrilled with the Basic and Elite tho. I'll pick up the divas but I'm not too stoked for them. Koko tho  |

If HBK, Taker and Warrior are all re-releases, I'll buy them all. I was just looking at prices for E23 Taker and was shocked at how much it was going for.

Im guessing its the same exact figure as Shockmaster. so it would either have to have a cloth or plastic shirt. Neither of which is ideal since his top was always tucked in. They could just paint it on the bare skin.....but that many horizontal red lines seems like something Mattel wouldn't paint |

Very disappointing that the Elite Legends is a bunch of repaints. I missed out on Kamala so I'm actually excited about that one but the figures could of easily been modified. I would have loved an HBK in red, but even if he was in black I agree just add some chest hair or kneepads and I would of bought the figure. Taker could of been modified in some way as well and Warrior could of at least been released with his paint wearing or something of that sort. I just canceled my complete set order and placed another order for the ones I wanted which are Kamala, Magnum TA, and Jericho. Good news: They're not repaints! Bad news: They're just reissues! This all is a lot harder to swallow now that we know Mattel isn't even going to bother making some small, but key changes to these figures. |

Considering both sets release at the same time, ( E44 and Elite Legends ) it really is a no lose situation unless you've been stockpiling to sell some of those figures on the secondary market getting re released. They aren't taking away from any other figures getting releases. In saying this I DO agree different paint apps would make a lot of sense from collectors and business standpoints as most people who collect would re buy that Undertaker in grey or something of that nature opposed to just being a re-issue.
But alas I've been waiting for the Legends Warrior to be re released since I never found it in its original run so I am stoked.
It'll be nice seeing a largely array of figures one way or the other!

Shame Koko's been canned, I was really looking forward to him. Oh well, I'll still get Big E and Tugboat at least and save the Ultimate Maniacs for clearance.

No Koko in E44 it is true. I'm as disappointed as you as I wanted a Mattel Koko and Frankie. The Elite Legends line is not a relaunch of the Legends line. Undertaker, Michaels, Ultimate Warrior and Kamala are reissues in new packaging (Elite Flashback). Jericho is a new deco and Magnum is new, sorta.. Elite line will continue to have Flashbacks in it. Good ones in my opinion. We'll I'm disappointed that what I asked at mania isn't true. I suggested HBK in either IHY: DX or WM 12 attire and you said I wouldn't be disappointed. Sucks for all the people that buy these elites the first time to have spots wasted for reissues. Not really sure why you'd do a repaint when you can easily do the same design for WM 12 and just change the color and use an existing head or a different HBK color scheme since the design really never changed during that time. Wasted an opportunity in my opinion. Only thing I can hope for is reissue is not an exact repaint... |

I must be the only one happy we're getting another Sin Cara instead of Koko since I missed out on his E32 figure. I don't mind rereleases at all but I would've preferred a rerelease of WM30 Michaels instead of E19

The market for that undertaker is dead already, mint on a certain auction site $19.77 and kamala already down to 27.77 these figures will sit just like it did the first time and then die

kinda wish Jericho wasn't just a repaint. I'd have waited longer for a totally new figure. His last current elite was way back in elite 20, based on his look from WM 28 (2012)...and even that figure was too skinny at the time.
now its 2016 and Jericho has an even bulkier dad bod. A current jericho needs the Terry Funk body
